I'll raise the bar a little bit on the subway some of these reviews are rather old and maybe not the most reflective of the service there. It is a small subway is not a whole lot of space and not a great deal much to put it over-the-top. However I was met with two rather friendly employees, who in comparison to the last Subway I went to wear able to cut my sandwich in a way that everything didn't fall out so I'll mark that up as a win. Came in with my Co workers after a long drive from Vegas and what is better than affordable food that will fill you up? There were about 11 of us total and about 3 the customers ahead. The cashier was polite to greet everyone that walked through the door. Exceptional customer service. Took about 14 minutes from the back of the line, to paying, but I was the Last order and lots of people. One customer was ordering 2 salads which takes longer to make than sandwiches, and the employee was speedy quick. I swear it was a one person assembly line.. No mistakes and just the way the customer wanted it. Plus when they try to upsell avocado or a combo, they mention it would cost extra, no need to worry about extra unnecessary charges. They kept the place sanitary and food was fresh. Great service = great food and experience. The only thing I did not like was they do not serve breakfast. They advertise it, but do not have it available. They also have a sign to let you know lol.. So it was nice of them to let us know. Haha Last review was bad, but a lot can change in months. The owners were working today. We were the only ones in line, and while my girlfriend was looking at the menu trying to decide, the guy asked FOUR times what kind of bread she wanted. Well... It depends on what sandwich she gets idiot.... Got rushed (still with nobody in line), and when we asked for lots of peperoncinis (or banana peppers) and were told "you're only supposed to get 6 pieces".... 6 itty bitty pieces of peperoncini.... You're going to be rude, over $.0003 worth of something not many people even use? That will be our last visit. What sucks for them? We rarely get the cheap stuff. My girlfriend gets the turkey bacon avocado and I get a BMT. Even do the double meat from time to time. If you're in this area, go to 6th Street Deli and prepare to have your mind blown. Two bad experiences at this Subway. I ordered two platters of sandwiches online. They were supposed to be a variety: tuna, turkey, ham, etc. When I got to work and opened up the platters they were ALL cold cut sandwiches. I complained online, but wasn't able to connect with the manager of the store. It's been a couple months and we have a meeting, so I figured I would try again. This time I went in to the store to order. There were several people in line, and I waited my turn. I said I wanted to order a catering platter for tomorrow. The girl looked at me and said, "You're going to have to wait, I'm the only one here and I have a lot of people in line." I couldn't believe it. I will NEVER go to this Subway again. I like Subway, but I will gladly go to Jimmy John's or Jersey Mike's and pay more so I don't have to be insulted or deal with poor service. read more

A few months back I found out that you only get charged a hot food tax when you have your sandwich toasted. If your sandwich is not toasted, you pay exactly what the menu states. The lady that seems to be the owner here seems to always charge me the tax when I never get my sandwiches toasted. When I confront her about it, she'll act as if she thought my sandwich was toasted (it was made by her) and open the register and try to give me about $.20 when the tax was about $.60. The tax is only about $.60 but scamming that out of hundreds of customers do add up. Watch out customers. read more

Totally disappointed in their lack of customer service. The clerk's were in the back chatting, I had to go out of my way to make myself noticed. When gaining eye contact, I thought they would come to the front, but when I went around the corner again minutes later they were outside still chatting. Extremely rude! Also their food bar was filthy. The cheese looked old and the cut avocado was all brown, veggies everywhere. I ended up leaving and went to another location off of hidden valley that exceeded my expectations. Their employees welcomed us and their establishment was very clean. I love subway but this particular store made me write this review on how horrible their customer service is. So I have a coupon for buy one get one sub free which is really a good deal and it's valid at this store. The cashier doesn't know what to do with it and gives me an attitude on why i didnt inform her about my coupon before i even placed my order... WTH? She even gave me an attitude as for me not having to give her a cut out coupon... it seems like I'm making her job so hard but in reality i don't even have to cut it since i'm gonna be using all the coupons on that sheet of paper anyway so it should not be a big deal... She got confused a lot... the line on the cashier was getting long and i've been on the counter for 5 minutes! I can read her mouth say $h*t!!! $h*t!!! and she's getting really frustrated... I wasn't expecting this from an older lady around her 40's... she should have the experience on dealing with customer service already and yet she's acting like a spoiled teenager forced to get a job... not going back to this store anymore... read more

From walking in the front door to sitting down with 5 people in front of me was 22 minutes. When I got in line a customer ahead of me was yelling "Watch your receipt, they will try and rip you off.". I was ordering a cold sandwich but on a small 2 inch by 3 inch sign it read "There will be a Tax on all hot and toasted subs.". I asked what the tax was for and she could not answer. No manager at the store to ask. I have never heard of a tax on hot items? As she prepared our sandwiches, I noticed the prep counter was a mess but I did not think anything about it until my daughter had mustard on her clothes. She did not order mustard nor was it on the sandwich. The mustard was all over the wrapper. I would go down the street and pass on this one. read more

Okay so I read some of the reviews and I believe that they've done a better job since 2013. The workers I've come across so far have been very friendly, they ask about my day, they add extra veggies if I ask for it, etc. But I'll admit that it's in an awkward location considering that there are so many crackheads in Norco. read more

They run a corn beef sandwich special but they never have it. Every day they run out of some bread. All my mustard and mayonnaise was in the middle of the bread. I don't know if anybody else noticed but subways bread just isn't like it used to be five or six years ago. read more
