Big shoutout to Miguel for making me an awesome rotisserie chicken salad bowl. He went above and beyond by cutting my veggies like tomatoes and cucumbers. I got to choose a lot of veggies and I topped the salad off with MVP vinaigrette dressing and a little oil and vinegar. The salad turned out to be delicious and I will definitely order it again. The quality of food combined with awesome customer service from guys like Miguel, makes me wanna come back to this location more often. I come here at night of the time and it's amazing service . I came here during the morning now and it was the worst service ever, I got attended by this girl Name Alexandra that's what said on her name tag I had to repeat my order to her several times and she would still ask again, she left mid way making my order and I was waiting she just came back like nothing wth.. then she kept looking at me with an attitude because I asked for sauce on my sandwich. Update: owner has reached out to correct the action, I appreciate a proactive owner, and I may give it a try again one day. I used to have good experience at this location but not today. The guy that took our order at 1:35PM on 2/19, a guy with glasses and unkept beard (which im sure is a health code violation) was rude. We ordered two sandwiches which totaled to about 25$, he made it without care, cutting it incorrectly to the point where it destroyed the sandwiches. We didn't say anything since at the end of the day it's just food. We realized that we can get one more sandwich for 3 for 25$. He said with an attitude "next time tell us that first," which I responded with "sorry we didn't realize we can get another one for the same price." At the time there was no line and 4 staffs, so there was no reason to be rude. He proceeded to make the third sandwich angrily. I'll just share the picture of the sandwich and see for yourself. Hit and miss location. Inconsistency is what make customers not go back to a restaurant and this is what this location is. I asked for a spicy italian with only pepperoni and a woman, on the heavier side for reference, prepared it with half of the meat of a regular sandwich. I asked the woman why wasn't i getting all of it in peperoni and she said that because I am not getting salami, however, other staff (with common sense) prepare the sandwich with a full amount of peperoni. I understand if there are rules when prepping but then why offer it sometimes and not all the time? To be fair, not all the staff has been this petty like this woman but I would not recommend getting any sandwich prepared by her. read more

What can I say about Subway? Solid for the price. Good in a pinch. It's a fast lunch. They made me mad because they refused to honor their Yelp check-in perk of a free cookie. "I don't know what that is...there's no bar code...I can't ring it up," were the employee responses when I showed them the check-in on my phone. What do you say to that? Nothing. You bicker for a few minutes, give up, take your sandwich, and then remind them to give you your change. I had to show the gal behind the register my receipt. The total was $6.79, and I gave her a ten. She gave me 21 cents back but forgot the three dollars. The sandwich was fine. The customer service was friendly but either incompetent, unintelligent, or inattentive (or fill in your own adjective). Sorry for the two stars, but these kinds of things frustrate me. I'm usually a regular at the subway and I love the 3 for 25 deal for my family. However, this visit I had today might lead to me never visiting this subway again. The gentleman who took me, had glasses, a beard, and a baseball cap. I was utterly disappointed as I watched him lazily throw the vegetables on the sandwiches in a messy manner. His attitude and demeanor made it seem like he didn't even want to work there and he was impolite. He went and even toasted all three sandwiches together which led to them being hard and burnt. Then as he wrapped our sandwiches, he didn't even bother to put the classic subway sticker, leaving the sandwich wrap loose. Just read some of the lower star reviews on here and they don't add up. I came to this Subway today at Lunch, of course it was really busy but I had a great experience. I was greeted by a gentleman named David, I had a larger order for our office and taking note and making 5 different sandwich styles isn't a simple task especially when there is a line forming! David was on top of it, was enthusiastic and gave me top level service at a Subway. I've been to many high-end restaurants and didn't leave with a smile on my face the way I did today at this Subway.
