Me and my girlfriend have gone to this subway for the 8th time now. Why we choose to do so is because of convenience as it's the closest one to us. We also don't like to make a fuss about service unless bad service happens more than once. There is a woman that works there who is always extremely rude to everybody. The worst attitude. We kill this lady with kindness every single time and not a single thank you. She talks down to the customers. To make matters worse we decided to finally make a complaint and called the owner of the location. The owner responded to us with "well why would you go there 8 times if it's bad service? Why don't you just go to the other locations in town?" Completely dismissed our complaint. Essentially saying "how dare you not tolerate our bad service, if you don't like it go somewhere else." Well don't worry because our services will no longer be at subway. Not that they care, they get enough tourism that the 1 and half star rating means absolutely nothing to them. They will treat locals and tourists like complete trash. Do not go here. read more

Literally the worst Subway I've ever been to. We ordered online, they didn't have what we ordered, and the ladies working there are rude and not helpful at all. They just stare at you and don't answer your questions , and look miserable to be working there. They didn't listen to requests of what toppings to add which has never happens before at a subway. Based on the reviews from the past 5 years, absolutely nothing has changed. The service staff was extremely rude, barely said anything, they didn't talk to each sure, and seem confused on how to make the sandwich as they were wrong and did not know how to charge the correct amount of money. Many reviews described being overcharged as our final price did not match the menu. I do not recommend this place, if you can skip going there, do it! Don't waste your money or time! The staff was pleasant and had smiles. I was attempting to use the app to order food, but there was continued problems. I tried to call in an order I was informed that subway doesn't let you call in for orders and the app was down. It was no one in. When I arrive there's only two people sitting in a table, so I've been very easy to accept my phone order .This also happened on another occasion at a different location to where they would not accept phone orders. Subway needs to get on the ball and allow whatever method their customers want to use, to order food. It doesn't really do it your way, but really seems like they do it their way. read more

we were really disappointed with everything at this Subway. our 6" sandwiches weren't good and it was super expensive 37 dollars for 2-6" sandwiches 1 chip and 2 drinks. This was quite literally THE WORST sandwich I have ever eaten. I'm not a big subway fan to begin with but figured I would give the new menu a try. CAN YOU SAY GIANT RIP OFF??? It is $17 for a sandwich. I can go to a real restaurant for that price. So okay....I think to myself, this must be an amazing sandwich. WRONG!! The thing was cold, it was smashed and flat, the bread was so gross. The top was all dry and flaming off like it was super old. The ends were hard and couldn't even be chewed. Then of course the toppings were not correct (We ordered online for pick up). Seriously...I stopped supporting this company when Jared was discovered to be a weirdo....don't really like their new sponsors much either. And then the price hike....for a lousy, inedible sandwich. Updating my review to further give this a 0/5 if at all possible. Management acknowledged the previous issue of terrible customer service and nothing has been done. The girl working at 4PM on February 16th needs to never work in hospitality ever again. Must have been under the influence of something, or just completely clueless. I asked for a sandwich with steak and cheese, some additional toppings. She said "you need a 1 or 2?". I'm sorry, I don't know what the means. Then she looks at me and says if I want those toppings I need to pay for a 1. 40$ for two sandwiches!!! Messed up my order several times in front of me and kept cussing at herself. I didn't feel like waiting up the line so I told her it was fine. Asked for the new footlong dipper, she said she needed to get through the other customers first which took another 15 min. Guys behind us asked if they could get their sandwiches in separate wrappers, and she told them "no I cannot do that". All the guests in line were laughing at this point, just watching this all unfold. Now as I'm writing this In front of her, she has been hiding in the back while some poor guy has said "excuse me" asking for assistance for 10 minutes. We went when they opened at 10am, and the staff making sandwiches was really rude and abrupt throughout the whole process. I asked if she could scan my app while my partner used his card and she nodded and gestured for me to scan it. When I got to the car, I saw I didn't get points and went back asking what happened - she said it worked, looked at the receipt and then said I couldn't get app points if we paid with a separate card which is a blatant lie. Am all for supporting businesses during COVID and don't expect white glove service - get that they can't honor the BOGO 50% off foot long special due to tough times and her daughter is distance learning in the store which I totally empathize with - but don't want to be made to feel like I'm inconveniencing them especially when I'm paying a premium. Subway is usually my go to "healthy fast food" option when I'm on the road, but these were more expensive than Subway sandwiches in NY and some of the worst service I've received in a long time. read more

We were passing through Page AZ. First of all after asking the lady if she could change the bread because it was burnt ...she practically threw the bread back into the case. This Subway is the most expensive Subway I'll ever come across. 3 12" sandwiches was $39.52 ( spicy Italian $10.80 , steak and cheese $10.80and a bacon and cheese $14.00 because the mozzarella was an extra $4.00...Are you kidding me. we love subway. we are regulars at home. This one was a stop during our road trip. the food here was on par with other locations and we don't have any complaints with food quality. Here's my concern: The prices here are steep!!! for some reason this subway is 3 dollars more on EVERY sub that our home location. I would have walked out if we hadn't already made two subs for our family by the time I noticed. our total for 2 12" subs, a 6", 4 bags of chips, and some cookies was over $45. we didn't have any add on. The girl got confused and charged us separately for chips and it was too complicated get her to change it all so we just took the bill and left with water cups. read more

We ate lunch here after taking a tour of Antelope Canyon. The location was convenient, practically across the street from our tour company. Unfortunately, visiting this Subway was a bad mistake. First, the line was fairly long. They have minimal seating inside, so a lot of people have to eat outside. Unfortunately, a lot of the local teenagers were occupying about half of the tables (and not eating Subway food). We ordered one footlong meatball sub (which BTW is actually 11 inches), 2 bags of chips and a drink. This cost us $29. That's ridiculous. That should be like half that, and at any other Subway it would be, but this place likes to price gouge. There's no way they can justify that. I didnt have any problems with the people that worked there, other than their inability to give me points on my Subway card. But charging that much for that little should be a crime. If I find myself in Page again, I won't be eating here. read more

This is one subway in the neighborhood and that's why probably lot crowded. When we reached there was a line of about 7-8 customers and only one lady handling the sandwich making to billing. The lady seemed exhausted with her work and probably another reason was she kept on making online orders as soon as they came and the line kept on growing in the store. At my turn I asked her to switch gloves because I'm a vegetarian and she was making meat subs before and she gave an annoying look but eventually changed. I wanted to go for a 6 inch sub but she started making a foot long, since I didn't want to now make her complain again I kept on going with foot long. At the checkout I asked to wrap both pieces separated she started uttering and complaining under her breathe how long the line is and I'm asking her to wrap two sandwiches separately and I could hear that quite clearly. Though the place was quite clean or seemed so giving 2 stars for the same cleanliness. If you are in neighborhood and want to eat subway but there's a long line probably just go to some other place than giving someone a reason to continuously complain about your food choices and preferences. read more

Don't come here for a salad, unless you want a bunch of un-cut veggies in a bowl that you have to chop up yourself. I asked why they weren't chopping it and the two girls working said they "stopped doing that because of COVID" .... I asked how not chopping up the salad had anything to do with Covid safety, and they said they don't know, they were "just told not to do it" I think that's likely BS, because 1) I cannot come up with one reason this would impact Covid safety in any way. I just went there last Thursday 9/30/22 and even though you have a sign up that advertises that you offer sliced avocados the workers stated all they have is guacamole. That's not the same thing!
