Being spouces phone was not at building they would not give me the food, even though I had the oder code. They gladly had me order again and pay more. Then the food was nasty like it had been sitting for a long time. The sausage was overcooked and nasty, as well as the egg. The hasbrown was very under cooked and soggy. Oh boy! Another one start review for a McDonalds location, what's new, what could you expect. For one, if I order my food, I should actually get that order. I went to the drive through, and said, "can I get a 10 pc nuggets meal with a large Fanta no ice and barbecue sauce. I covered all the basics in that order statement. I get the confusion, I do work in fast food. The order on screen showed up without saying "no ice" on the screen. I respectfully corrected the mistake. At this point, the order was as described earlier. The order total was $12.08. I know this because I gave the person a $20, 2 $1s and a dime ($22.10). Without even having to do any mental calculation, any person that went to grade school would conclude relatively quickly the change there is $10.02. I waited for about 60 seconds while they crunched the numbers on a calculator. Not to critique their mathematical capabilities (which as a person who handles cash should be strong) I don't care how long it takes I just want the right change. If a calculator helps so be it. I was not given a receipt, even after waiting at the window for a while, when I slowly pulled away the window seems to open as I left, and stopped opening when it opened and I asked for a receipt. Fine. I go to the window I get a back with the nuggets and sauce (at this point I was not aware the fries were not there) and the drink with ice. While they were refilling the drink (without ice) I took the napkins off the top and no fries! When they gave me the drink I, again, respectfully asked for the fries. When I pulled away and the fries out of the bag, they didn't even give me the right size. At this point I'm frustrated by the completely uncoordinated staff, but decide to go inside and give them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe it was a large. I go inside, nobody at the counter. The janitor comes up to help me (he was super kind and helpful!!), the only one that came up after me standing there a while. I asked him if it was a medium or a large. He said it was a medium. At which point a manager or supervisor came up with a small fries (to make the medium large) and a receipt which wasn't mine and handed it to me and walked back. More ironically, not one item on that receipt was what I ordered. Look, basically what I'm saying is if you're passing through craving McDonalds, fine. But make damn sure when you pay, get the receipt, AND CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU'RE TOO FAR. read more

Life is so unpredictable. During the last 4 months, my family and I have encountered and met some of the most nicest people we could have ever imagined. The greatest of these encounters happened yesterday at a local McDonald's Restaurant in Page, Az. A young man and employee named Scott was working the dining area. He saw Joshua and asked us if it would be ok if he bought him an ice cream cone. We smiled and said yes. Joshua introduced himself and we saw an immediate friendship begin. Scott returned a few minutes later with the vanilla ice cream cone, which Josh loves and sat down at our table. We were honored to hear about his life and his love for helping others especially those with special needs. We talked about his aspirations of opening a nation wide karate studio specializing in teaching people with special needs. We have never experienced this personal touch by anyone at a fast food restaurant. Scott definitely made a huge impact on Josh, Kim and I. Ya just never know who you might meet on the road as full time RVers. This young man is an example of what every fast food employee should strive to be! read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. Immediately upon arriving and ordering at the kiosk, our party of eight were harassed by Margaret, one of the employees working there. She yelled at us and only us about five times to "Hurry up! I need to leave by 3 ". Mind you there were other customers ordering as well that she did not harass. We are of Asian descent and we immediately knew we were being targeted because of our race. I was on high alert and watched her every move following her erratic behavior. I was visiting from NJ and one of my friends ordered some hot latte and hot americano this morning (12/17/17 around 8:00am). He doesnt speak English fluently, but I checked the order (that he ordered all hot) and went to the bathroom. When I came back from the bathroom, I saw them getting 3 "Iced" latte and Iced americano. so my friend told the barista (guy wore a brooch that had a letter M in the middle, I guess he was the manager?) and guess what he said???? He said "oh my god. they dont speak English!!! they dont even know what they ordered." I was behind my friend and asked the guy what he meant. He didnt know I could speak English. He was being a racist and gave us so much attitude. I am still so shocked how he told his coworkers about how my friend doesnt speak english, ordered coffee wrong and blamed on us. The cashier asked us if we wanted hot or iced when we ordered and I personally and clearly said Hot for everything. Anyway when I asked his name he said his name was Jones "Chi" And again, he was being a racist telling me a chinese common last name. and his coworkers laughed in the back. seriously???? I can't still believe about what happened. He said his name is Jones White. i still dont believe thats his real name, because he refused to show his name tag (he was wearing a cardigan).
