Review #609 None Elite Squad This Subway gets 5 Stars. Great Customer Service. The tables and floors super Clean. The Veggies looked fresh.. Bread looked right..now the Sandwich.. I got a Subway Club on Multigrain.. Lettuce, tomato, onions, cucumbers, pickles, green peppers, Jalapeños and banana peppers. Added Oil and Vinegar with Ranch and Chipotle. Yes its weird but taste right and from this location in particular it lived up to my expectations as if it was a Deli and not Commercial.. Parking and location I wasn't fond of but dont judge a book by its cover. 5 Stars all the way. read more

quality is amazing here. however, i wasn't able to get avocado on my sub because they were rushing to ring us up and charged us before i could tell them i wanted avocado . keep in mind, it was only my mom and i in there, meaning no need to rush. avocado is a staple on my sandwich so i hate not being able to have it. the lady said if we wanted it, it would be $2 extra when they should have just waited until after i said i was done to charge me, or since they messed up, should have just gave it to me for free. but hey! read more

Had a sweet onion chicken teriyaki that was delicious, but the reason I'm writing a review is because of OPAL!!!!! She is amazing; her customer service is superb and she went above and beyond by making suggestions for us to save money not only once, but twice throughout our transaction! She made a fresh batch of the strawberry lemonade also after suggesting that we try it knowing that that would be the one we picked!! We are definitely coming back because of her! If OPAL isn't manager at this location, she should be! Major kudos! read more

My son goes with his cousin and grandmother to buy sandwiches and a large drink. They go to pour the drink from the machine and it didn't work. No syrup. All the drinks were pretty much water. My son tells them that it isn't working and they tell him that there are no refunds. WTH!?! So he asks to switch the cup for a bottled drink which is the same price and they're told no. I get home an hour later and my son tells me what happens. I drive to Subway where the young lady "in charge" says that there are no refunds because the ice machine doesn't work. They have a sign saying "No Ice, No Refund". I have her check the individual dispensers and all of them are watered down. I told her that she should give a refund because it isn't just a matter of ice now. She tells me that she can't give a refund because my son left the restaurant. What was he supposed to do? Camp out till I got there? The worst part of this whole thing was that they were never apologetic. They even gave my 68 year old mother in law an attitude. Could be better, could be worse. Like every other Subway franchise, this place skimps on ingredients. My coworkers and I go because it's convenient and is clean. Today was a good day...no line, decent service, and the ingredients were sufficient. Last time, the bread was so hard and crusty, it was inedible. If we could leave work, my coworkers and I would've returned our sandwiches, they were that bad. read more

This Subway is brand spankin' new in a brand spankin' new shopping center in good old Paramount. Directly across the street from my job so it is extremely convenient which is why I have been there 4 times in 2 weeks. Now mind you until about a 2 weeks ago I hadn't stepped in a Subway in about 5 years. I am definitely more of a ToGo's girl and actually would not eat if Subway was the groups food of choice. So the fact that I have been a repeat customer says alot. Like I said, this place just opened and is really clean and new inside. I think the lack of cleanliness and processed looking meat was what turned me off of Subway all those years ago. Well to much happiness, things seem to have changed at Subway's (at least at this location). The food is very fresh and the meat doesn't look all rubbery and slimy like I remember Subway meat looking all those years ago. The quality of the produce was also very good and was excited to see that they now toast the sandwich if you want them to. I have no idea if this is a new thing or what but I was happily surprised. This subway even though is a little further and there is a closer one to my house, I prefer to drive that extra minute to get to this one! They are so kind and do not get mad when I asked for extra of anything. My little brother is learning to talk and they have the patience for him to order his own food. This place is dirty, there are flies around the food and then I looked at the tuna and there was a fly in the meat. As you look around you notice that all the food is ooen and not covered. The counter where they make the sandwiches is dingy and grey. I won't be back, so discusting #subwaysandwich. I should give it ni stars but yelp won't let me. read more

I had a great experience at this Subway yesterday, I had a gentleman make my sandwich and he was so nice and polite. The sandwich tasted great and although I would like them to add a little more meat than 4 slices, it was still a good lunch for under $7. I'll be back again. read more

This review is based upon today's visit. The whole purpose of ordering your food with the subway app is to not have to sit there and wait for your food. It never fails that when I get to deal with Alma my food is never ready. On top of that there has been price changes to the menu that consumers aren't aware of. I use the app often and I hate having to wait. It defeats the purpose of having the app if your food isn't ready when you arrive at the time indicated. Whenever I deal with Rebecca it is always a pleasure to deal with her and she always hS my order ready. She is on top of her game. Again this rating is for today's visit only. read more

This was my first time eating at this subway. I ordered the Steak Sub on special, a foot long for 6$. When she was making my sandwich I had asked to see the sandwich because it looks like she didn't even put meat in it! She then act as if she put more. I understand not getting 5LB of meat but when I got home there was hardly any!!! What a disappointment. I eat at different Subway all the time, this place lack on sandwich making. Ordered a 6 foot sub online. Since it's such a big sub they give you two 3feet subs. When my dad went to go pick it up today they only gave him ONE 3foot sub. Since I usually order 6feet subs for special occasions I already knew that the order was wrong. I went back to the restaurant with my dad and I showed them my $84 receipt. The girl looked like she didn't know anything and looked completely lost. I had to repeat myself twice before she checked to see if the other sub was there. She had to ask one of the coworkers and the sub was still in the fridge. All she said was "I'm sorry I didn't know" honestly I wanted my money back and I should've just bought pizza. $84 for a 3foot sub?!?? GTFO When we were finally ready to feed our guests we noticed the subs had no meat inside. It's was just lettuce tomatoes and onions. We had to return to the restaurant for the 3rd time. Again the same girl was there and said "I'm sorry I didn't know". Apparently the one that "made" the subs was the manager but when I spoke to her she denied making them. So NO ONE made the subs?! Seriously this place has no control of orders, no communication, and needs new management and a new crew. We got half of our money back and they added meat to the subs. read more

Went to subway Today Morning and got a Free coffee for buying a breakfast sandwich. I didn't know about the free coffee deal but hey "I love free stuff",other then that I received Good service from employees. I will be coming here more often because the Veggies are fresher then other subways I gone to. read more
