Good food and staff were super friendly. Not sure why they get bad reviews but I'm thinking this location gets slammed often. Hey it's good chicken I can see why. Not sure they were understaffed but the food was delicious. Mom and I loved it. Our food came a few minutes later but I think they try to prioritize the drive thru which makes sense. One thing I thought was initially odd was that the fountain drink dispenser only had water. You would have to ask the counter for a refill. Nothing bad but it's possible that they had issues with "customers" taking drinks when they were not supposed to. I wouldn't mind coming back. I'd like to try their other fixings. I came a month ago and I just thought the food was bad because they were close to closing . But today 4-17-26 it was the same. This KFC is not finger licking good and they always forget something. If you're looking for good customer service don't bother coming here. You order through their kiosk only if you ask for help they will tell you it on the kiosk. The food just isn't that good, the mash potatoes taste fake and they are ticker then they should be, they forget to put my coleslaw in the combo, I didn't realize it til I got home. The last time the coleslaw had too much juice in it, so I can't tell how it was today caused it wasn't in the bag. The chicken tastes different. Many reviews mention issues with the drive-thru at this KFC, and here's exactly why: I ordered a chicken meal with a drink. At the first window, they handed me the chicken and told me the drink would come at the second window. But there were two cars ahead of me still waiting at that second window -- so I had no choice but to sit in line until they got their orders, just to receive my drink. And if I hadn't ordered a drink? I'd still have been stuck behind those two cars, unable to exit. The system makes zero sense. It's inefficient, poorly thought out, and clearly lacking basic logistical awareness. Whoever designed this setup didn't think it through. read more

I love KFC but this one needs help. You walk in no one greets you, they are running around working on everything else cause they are under staffed. They have the tablets to order on but it's not like the ones at Taco Bell that are super easy to use. This location needs help. It was disappointing to say the least. It's very frustrating. Went today with my daughter through the drive through ordered our food asked for our receipt and the cashier Edward or edwin was very rude , if you don't want to work at kfc don't! Honestly worth the wait in the drive thru. They made everything fresh. The chicken sandwich was so juicy. 10/10 would recommend.
