Let me start by saying that this review only gets two stars because of the location of this Jack-in-the-Box. I have never had a fresh meal from this location. As you can see from the picture they desperately need to change the oil in which they fry the fries. Second time i get stomach sick from this restaurants food. I was there last night around 9:30 PM. There was no weight on the drive-through from the moment I ordered to the moment I pulled up to the window was 10 seconds and the Worker was already in the window with my order ready to be handover to me That was too fast. I Took my order and started driving home in the first light I reached for a taco and a cheese stick. They were both cold but taco had a bad order. I took two bites in the flavor was terrible. I decided not to eat it And even before I got home, which was five minutes away My stomach was already feeling upset. I had a terrible night with the runs to the restroom even worse. This location is where I usually like to go every Friday at lunchtime as a way to reward myself after a busy work week. Up until today, I had decent service and they always filled my order accurately and most of the time, the food quality was OK. However, today I stopped in to place my order at the counter only to discover that no person behind the counter will come to assist with placing my order. Rather, I had to use an impersonal kiosk/computer screen. I was trying to find a particular item on the menu, but kept getting combo meals instead of the individual items. I canceled my order on the screen and left without getting any food, feeling very disappointed. Before I came here, I tried using the mobile app to order but in my previous orders, they showed my usual items as "not being available," and I even changed restaurant locations but got the same results. I probably should have logged off the app and placed the order that way, but didn't think about it until later. As the saying goes, hindsight is 20/20. :-/ It may be a long while, if ever, that I come back to this particular Jack in the Box location, especially if they won't provide personal service and instead direct all customers to use an impersonal kiosk/computer screen. read more

Came here today and asked for a teriyaki bowl. And wanted additional teriyaki sauce and they informed me that they don't do it anymore. However I've been to jack n the box in Montebello and although they don't supply the sauce the way they used to they do have these tiny containers where they put the sauce. This location should be doing the same. You're behind the learning curve. It's 5:46 on 4/16/25. And the lady working the door was sort of rude but once we spoke again she seemed okay. I guess that's the standard at this location. Maybe a call to corporate is needed. Give the customers what they want and have proper service training. It's always bad service with this place. And I hate it's one of the few places open at 2 am and i can't even say it's convenient. They mess up even on the easiest order. I order the two tacos and got a monster taco that was not only what i didn't order but it was also really broken and falling apart. I have been to this jack in the box since high school, it is literally across the street from Dominguez High, I have been here after a party , before and after work and never have I ever seen or experienced something as disgusting as today. I bought a breakfast croissant and 2 tacos. I never buy the tacos but today pregnant me was like that sounds good. Let's wait.(I waited roughly 15 minutes) In retrospect it was worth the wait. I got the new Bacon & Swiss Buttery Jack. It had a pizza garlic type sauce on it. It was delicious. Try it yelpers, I recommend it highly. Shout out to Jesus who was hustling today at work. He took my order on the headset, took my money, and handed me my food.
