‼Beware!! These people are thieves‼ I placed an order online for $50.97. An employee called to give me a list of things they were out of. We substituted half our order. When I got to the store I was told of other things they were out of. I asked for a refund. After multiple calls to the owner, Janet Damron, I was told that I wouldn't be getting my money back and that I would need to come in the next morning and they would show me how to cancel it online. I called the city police so they could verify that they would not give me a refund and that I had not received any food. I was also told it had to be canceled online. The employee, myself and a police officer all looked online and could find no where to cancel the order. Needless to say I left without my money or my food. The next day the owner Janet had the manager call me. Not to issue a refund or help me get my money back. She only called to go through a long list of reasons why they didn't have half the items in my order and if the employee would have called her instead of the owner she would have come over and fixed it. I stated I should have never had to have left there without my money back and that it was theft to not give the product someone has purchased or a refund. I also told her I had contacted my bank and they were filing a fraud claim. She then stated that they didn't want me back in their business Maybe they should quit their day job and start a stand up comedy routine considering they have better jokes than business sense. I'd stay away from this store. I ordered a delivery on the subway app, it never arrived. I reached out for 2 consecutive weeks leaving my number the owner ignored me. I had to go to the store and beg for help. One of the workers did eventually call DoorDash which I appreciated but it wasn't her job to do. The owner should've reached back out to me. In the end I didn't get my money back which shouldn't surprise me in a corporate store so hard up they can't do coupons anymore. DoorDash said they wouldn't refund me bc the driver (who they couldn't get to answer) said they called me, but the kicker is neither would subway because they blame DoorDash. In reality door dash could've never refunded me, because I put the order in on the subway app so regardless of what they say they had my money. The final advice I got from subway was to call my bank and dispute the charge on an order from the subway app that never arrived. read more

Eat healthy with Free Wifi! There are a few subways in the area, but I preferred this one. The area is a bit nicer and the restaurant seemed a little more chill. There are several fast food places around, but subway makes for a healthier choice. It seemed like this location had fresher products also. It may be that it is frequented more by the local school. This location also has free wifi. read more

If I could give this less than one star, I absolutely would. forgot my drink at first which was fine, I just fixed it and I didn't think to look at the rest of my food. I got home and my bread was absolutely burned to a crisp and flaking off, there was vinegar all over my sandwich and it was only one portion when i paid for deluxe. Very rude staff as well. This place lost our order for a party. they're supposed to open at 8 AM. We showed up at 12:30 and they were just opening. Due to low staff and someone quitting. We called paid and ordered Thursday. today is Saturday. Our party is at 2 and we have no food now. Never been impressed by this Subway location. Ingredients are typically skimped on and most employees act as if a smile or manners would kill them. The only plus is that it is downtown and a convenient location. read more

I wish I had read the reviews before I went into this Subway location. Stingy with ingredients, indeed. When I asked for more than 6 leaves of spinach on my sandwich, I was informed by Becky that's that was all she was allowed to give me. When asked if I could buy an extra topping to put on my sandwich, Becky again said that was all she was allowed to give. I don't understand why a business would prefer to give away spinach to the next customer instead of allowing me to purchase it for my sandwich now. I'm very disappointed by the management at this location. For Becky to not feel like she could serve her customers to the best of her ability and represent the Subway franchise with honor, is a management problem not an employee problem. Thank you Becky for making me the best sandwich that your management allows you to. As for me, I'm definitely going to the other Subways where healthy , fresh vegetables are abundant! read more

If you have something specific in mind that you want (and most people usually do when going to Subway), go to the other Subway on Cassidy Blvd. This Subway is close to our house and we frequently keep trying it, but they're always out of something (meatballs, chicken, tuna, flatbread, etc). At least you get a good tattoo show while you're there. The employees are covered in them. read more
