I feel kinda funny giving Subway four stars, but seriously, they do a pretty decent job. The line is often long during the weekday lunch rush, but it moves along quickly and efficiently. The prices are pretty good, too. Employees are clearly not excited to be making your sandwich, but they are helpful nonetheless. I'm pretty sure this location just got a little remodeling done because the tables looked a little more modern than the traditional yellow booths last time I went there. I've heard complaints that Subway does not put enough meat on sandwiches, which I can't speak to having only gotten the (super cheap!) Veggie Delite and the (not-quite-as-cheap) Veggie Patty. But they pile on the veggies, so the sandwich is anything but puny. I tend to not like this parking lot though. People are kind of pushy and you often have to park far away during prime hours (which seems to be anytime on a weekday). read more

Props to my morning guy!!!! I like getting a breakfast flatbread + coffee and I'll take a Subway salad to go for lunch. Sooooooo healthy and so inexpensive. My son was getting the cold cut combo with double meat while I was a few doors down picking up our Honey Baked Ham. I was wondering what the charge was for double meat and looked at his receipt - just a single line item of the total. This is the third Subway we have seen with a vague receipt. Hands down the WORST subway I've EVER been to. I went there yesterday and got the turkey and black forrest ham. It was the only food I had in my system yesterday. And it ended up making me VERY sick. And they make crappy sandwhiches and they even charge you if your sandwhich is toasted are you freakin kidding me. I live in San ramon and the Subway on Bollinger in the Safeway shopping center is the best one around. They dont charge you to get your sandwhich toasted. The prices in the pleasanton one is MUCH higher than the one in San Ramon. Dont waste your time going to the Hopyard subway. read more

Only had half an hour for lunch today.. and I know I can always rely on Subway being a go to spot! This Subway is clean and definitely keeps the line moving! Went to lunch around 12:25 today and made it back to the office before my 1:00 meeting! I always go for the Spicy Italian on Honey Oat, but today I ordered the Turkey and Ham on Honey Oat, which is a great alternative. I can't believe I am saying this out loud but this is the BEST Subway sandwich store I have been to and who would have guessed it would be a mall. The employees here are incredibly hard working and move the line during lunch rush extremely fast. The bread roll (wheat) that I ordered was so fresh that it had that doughy stretchy texture...amazing. Ingredients are the most fresh I've seen of any Subway I've been to as well (ripe red tomatoes, thick green peppers and fresh turkey meat). Came in at 1 PM and ordered the Chicken Teriyaki 6 inch with Sweet Onion Dressing. It was a full house about 8 people in Line. A confusion arose when one of the crew asked someone what sauce they wanted in their sandwich. The woman responded, and they proceeded to dress the sandwich with her requested sauce. Haven't actually been to a subway in quite a while, but decided to come here for breakfast this morning. I got the english muffin with egg whites, ham, and a bunch of veggies. I really enjoyed it. My only real big issue with my experience is I got up to the cashier, and asked if there were free refills on the coffee when I was paying he said yes, so I got a cup. Then as I was leaving I walked up to get a refill, and as he was handing me my refill he said there's usually no refills, but that it's okay this time. Well fine then don't tell me there are! And proceed to get me one! I don't wanna feel like I have to tip someone, because he's doing me some sort of favor getting me a refill, just tell me the truth from the start when I'm paying. read more

I feel like I should complain about this place with government authorities. Date and Time I went here: 01/13/18, 12.50 PM Issues - 1. Worker put back spinach from the chicken sandwich back to the bowl. Upon my complain, he felt too much offended. 2. I started with veggie delight and I felt like adding veggie patty as well, he did not like it. Made weird face and looked at me. 3. Subway I like you. You are simple and not over the top with flash. This Subway in particular is one that I enjoy. Notes -This Subway is very clean even down to the staff. I came in and one of the guys was on the phone. He put it down right away and washed his hands for the full amount of time needed and then came to get my order. I find a lot of places rush to get you out of their way so its nice to see someone take the time to stay clean with your food. - Everything seems fresh for Subway standards so I dont have any complaints about that at all. I was never one for sandwiches, but I kept hearing about them and how much better it was than all the other ones. I decided to give it a try and was quite a good experience. I ordered a turkey sub with avocado and it tasted so good. I asked for light dressing and the lady did if with a nice smile and thanked me for coming there. I'm not a big SUBWAY kinda gal but I love this location. I come here during the weekday for lunch and there's usually a line but it goes quickly and the folks that work here are on point and make the sandwich just the way I like it and fast.. I usually order the Roasted Chicken on Italian Herb and Cheese bread with Swiss cheese. I tell them to add tons of spinach (which other Subways do not even have available), tomatoes, olives, bell peppers, jalapeno, with the southwest chipotle sauce, and a dash of salt and pepper and oil and vinegar. We usually get a foot long to split for $5 which is a steal. Location is clean and veggies are crisp and so is their meat and bread. I vote this as the best subway ever. read more

Conveniently located around the corner from my work, I find myself here quite often for lunch. The staff has the sandwich-assembly line down; they are very efficient. One time I forgot my wallet and the cash register said "It's okay, come back tomorrow and pay for it". Granted, he does see me frequently and does know my order by heart now. lol. That is great customer service in my book. This Subway deserves 4 stars for the service they provide. I'm completely done with subways restaurants all together, last week I was in sacramento. I ate at the subway off Madison and collage oaks, I got so sick to my stomach. I wrote it off, Cause I love subway; until I had subway at the hopyard location in pleasanton last night. I woke up at 4am so sick to my stomach causing me to throw up! Normally I wouldn't come to Subway, but this time I was craving a cheap and filling dinner for me and my wallet. This particular location isn't bad, as I distinctly remember the friendly server and the extra pepperoni that she was able to add free of charge. As far as food goes, a Subway is a Subway, and you get what you pay for. The meatball marinara isn't $5 anymore though. read more

The line always moves quickly at this Subway. The staff works efficiently here unlike other places where they are bumping into each other.

Today was my first time coming to this Subway. The staff was very friendly and the shop was very clean inside. The food bins looked really clean and organized and were filled with food versus being half empty. I went in around noon which is typical lunch rush time, so for the store to look like that, I give them major props. I worked for Subway for 3 years, and to be able to keep a shop looking like that, especially around the lunch rush, is really impressive. Good job! read more

So my husband and I arrived near closing after leaving the subway on santa rita. (We checked the hours for the santa rita subway on subway.com and it clearly states this branch is open till 10 pm. Since moving to Dublin two years ago my husband has frequented that location often and has come after 9pm. The lights were on and the door was open so we walked in. The woman behind the counter said they were closed. Um OK. instead she was on her personal cell phone and not locking up. I made sure to tell her that subway.com said 10pm and they should change it to reflect the correct time. Instead of agreeing she proceeded to argue the hours. Rude. As we left she was STILL on her cell phone and instead of locking the doors a second customer walked in only to be turned away.) the hopyard subway was clean and looked like it has gone through a renovation. We were greeted and helped by Robert. Although it was near closing time the food stations were replenished. The food looked fresh and we noticed staff cleaning as well. This subway seems to take pride in their service. My husband ordered a meatball sub and relayed it tasted great and put together well. We will be back! read more
