Subway has a deal right now, buy one foot long and get another free. Basically that's 4 six inch subs for around $14.00. You have to order online to get the deal. I ordered from this location. The ordering system is easy to use and took my payment fine. The order was made at the correct time I went to pick up and all is good. Service was fast and efficient and I have no complaints. Paid online, so all I had to do was go in say my name and they give me the order! Can't get much easier than that . The sandwiches were made correctly and there's a receipt with the full order printed out along with any modifications, like more mayo, mustard, or onions etc.

    Coupon was not honored!

I took my mom to a local subway in Pleasanton off Hopyard and she was excited to use her coupon since she is on limited income. We get there and there a sign that says "No Coupons"! Is that even legal? Not very happy we had to pay $18.00 for one sandwich when the coupon reads get 2 for $13.99 My post on Nextdoor: https://nextdoor.com/p/PrPxX38cxt53?utm_source=share&extras=NDM3MzA5ODg%3D&utm_campaign=1727965128722

Sub sandwich's were fresh and tasty Perfectly made when I stopped by to pick them up Service was ok nothing special at all but what do you expect It's not 5 star dining

This was literally what they call a tuna sandwich with almost all veggies selected.

Yes, that's right...in 2026 we continue to deal with some folk that are as stupid as they look. I walked into the station here in Pleasanton, I was the only person in line, a well educated African-American woman... everyone working here, looked at me as if I was a foreign object. They proceeded to help the Asian man that came in behind me. I waited patiently to give my order only for them to get a completely wrong. I guess this is the stupidity that they process I mean, how hard could it be to take a hamburger order? Anyways, they got my hamburger all wrong., gracefully I sat down and begin to eat only to start feeling sick with about three bites in I realized that they did not give me ranch and mustard for my greasy ass burger I went back and asked for some ranch to get my fries in as well as mustard. I was told they charge $.60 for a little 1 ounce thing of ranch. I said oh that must be new because I've gotten ranch in the past. It was free but OK. As I was walking back to my seat I saw this white man sitting down eating his food with two sides of ranch. I politely asked him if he knew how much they charged for the ranch. He looked at me and said oh no, it's free with your order. Wow...right... I will say the only reason why I landed in this place for dinner tonight is because I'm on my way home from work. My car decided to take a dump. So while I wait for AAA, I thought OK it's a good time to get dinner. I guess I was completely unaware that the side of dessert would've been a dose of discrimination and a few incompetent employees. Another lesson learned. I hope they read this and change their ways and approach and most importantly get some additional training so that they can effectively serve each and every customer equally.

Normally I'm used to seeing mango coconut. But this place had banana coconut and it was delicious. You could taste both banana and the coconut. The sago is cooked perfectly and same with the boba. The sweetness was perfect to my liking too! My only suggestion would be to use more ripe bananas since some banana pieces were clearly not ripe ones. Honi-Bear is in the location that used to be a Poki place. It is at the end of downtown Pleasanton. Out of our two boba and jelly drinks, the jasmine tea with jelly drink tasted better than the mango milk tea with boba. There was one group in front of us when we walked in who had just ordered, so they stepped aside so we could reach the kiosk to order. The staff person did not greet us or talk to us, even during pick up until we asked which drink was what. It was such an unfriendly boba place.

Enormous pieces with lots of sauce!…read more Ttobongee is your typical order to-go Korean chicken joint. There isn't much searing and they don't really have table service. My friends and I ended up sitting and eating since we didn't check beforehand. The portions are huge! It was a bit funny because one of the plates had a regular sized chicken drumstick hidden under all of the plumped up ones. While the sauces were great, I personally liked the Yangnyum the best! It had a sweet, tangy flavor to it. It's a small chicken shop great for to-go meals. Despite this, they still kept it clean and bright inside. Recommend for those looking for something to takeout!

They have good ol' school yangnyeum (sweet/spicy) flavor I grew up with in Korea!…read more I ordered online since I saw that it would take 20-25 minutes, according to the online platform. It was perfect timing and they graciously allowed me to switch to dining in. There are 4 tables inside so it is a bit cozy but they have a setup convenient for immersive but messy chicken eating - such as, disposable gloves and a mini-trash can. I would have dined in their shaded patio but it was getting chilly out. When I wrapped the rest of my chicken after my fill, they added an extra radish pack which I appreciated! I did notice another party who mentioned their chicken was too bland. I wasn't sure which flavor(s) they ordered, but after experiencing that their yangnyeum flavor is what I consider "OG" (more subtle, not overly sweet/spicy) I can understand. At the same time, I think this is the charm of this place that I do find most other Korean franchises try to match the current "trendy" palate that is sometimes too much for me. Thanks ttobongee for sticking with the traditional yangnyeum - really hard to come by now, especially here in the States.
