I acknowledge it was very busy with the drive-thru lined up around the parking lot and many people inside. Stood at the cash waiting to have order taken for over 15 minutes. Staff would glance at us but would not acknowledge us - not a smile, hello, 'just a moment', or anything. We left and went downtown to a local coffee shop and had great coffee. I ordered a combo and tried to order a kids meal and was told they had no kids meals. I said I didn't need the toy, just the food and he said "no kids meals, order something else". I ordered another combo and went to the window. I tried to pay cash and he shook his head and said that he wasn't accepting cash. I pulled out my debit card and the amount showing was only $11. I told him it was the wrong amount because I had ordered two combos and he said he knew I had ordered two combos but I had to pay in two debit transactions. The fries were cold and the service was terrible. I understand that they were busy but being respectful and polite goes a long way.
