We found this compact spot with a couple of sidewalk tables, so we decided to plant ourselves for the time being. Fortunately they had a robust coffee menu with each item in two sizes: 'chico' and 'grande'. I assumed 'chico' meant small, but it translates literally to 'boy'. Regardless, we were feeling quite 'grande' since we needed fuel for the long walk back to the hotel. The filet was cooked perfectly, super juicy and full of flavor. The mushrooms were honestly really rich and flavorful. The mashed potatoes and veggies were also great. We had a few glasses of wine with dinner and they were all really good. For dessert, we got the chocolate cake and it was the perfect way to end the meal. Service was attentive and quick and even though we stayed past closing, we never felt rushed at all. The overall quality of the food and service really impressed me. Just a heads up, this is not a cheap dinner. It came out to ~$530 for four people, but we did have two bottles of wine. That said, it felt fair for the quality and experience.
