There are fans everywhere keeping the air moving, so even on a warm Puerto Vallarta morning, it's a comfortable and relaxing place to enjoy breakfast. We started with coffee and a green juice, and both were excellent. I ordered their specialty Chile Rellenos omelette, which comes with a mildly spicy sauce and a poblano chile stuffed with cheese inside the omelette and topped with even more cheese. What I really liked was the ability to choose your sides. I went with the hash browns and cornbread, and both were really good. My wife ordered the feta and spinach omelette, which was cooked perfectly. The eggs were a beautiful yellow with absolutely no browning--exactly how a good omelette should be. The service was excellent. Our coffee was refilled frequently, and the staff was attentive without being intrusive. They checked on us throughout the meal and made sure everything was just right. Also, I have to give a huge shout-out to the manager of the restaurant. He's amazing and always greets us with a smile and kind words. When we arrived toward the end of breakfast service today, they weren't able to accommodate us due to a large party they were setting up for. Rather than turn us away, the manager walked us to the restaurant next door and asked them to honor our vouchers. Now that's how you do it!. Stellar service!!
