Good food, casual atmosphere. Moderately priced. Service was a little slow and food orders came out seemingly randomly (appetizer was delivered at the same time as the entré). Friendly staff; helps to know a little Spanish.

Mole, fish tacos, chips, salsa, and guacamole!

Love this place. It's open, has entertainment, and the staff is really nice. It's one of those local places you can go to eat some really, really good food and just relax and not feel rushed to get out the door. Probably one of my favorite places in This area of PV. Prices are really affordable. Their chips and guacamole are AMAZING.

    nice homy mexican feeling.

The only disappointment is that we stopped in here for Mexican food and there was none to be found. There were nachos and guacamole on the menu, and eyeing other tables, both looked good. But everything else on the menu was American food. They also get bonus points for greeting you with an ice cold hand/face towel. So if your tired of tacos and just want some American food, this is definitely a great option to get off the hot streets and cool off with an ice cold beer and warm Mexican hospitality.

We visited Cheeky Monkey for $1 Margaritas and to watch the sun set before we went to dinner. The menu consists mostly of casual bar food, salads, seafood and pasta dishes, sandwiches, and pizza (think Chili's in the U.S.) so I wouldn't come here for the food. We ordered the fried zucchini sticks and onion rings and they were fine, but you can tell the menu is geared towards American tourists. I believe I paid less than $30 for two appetizers and 12 margaritas - awesome deal!!!
