He makes his own chili and even offers the traditional Southern sweet slaw as a topping. Can't go wrong with tots or fries (I prefer the tots). His hamburgers are also made fresh from fresh ground beef. If you travel the old Lee Highway and are in the neighborhood, do yourself a favor and stop by Hank's instead of one of the Chain joints (no complaints on the Chain joints, I just prefer to eat "local" when possible). This rubbed me in all the wrong ways. First, "she" rushes because she has set questions, can't handle human nuance, and asks stupid upsell questions that have nothing to do with the order given. I pull up to the window and ask who appears to be a manager why they're using a computer to take orders. He said (robotically mind you) "to improve my accuracy and allow me to train other team members." Talk about swallowing the sweet tea!
