2015 UPDATE: I'd totally give this place 5 stars. But it just feels weird giving Subway 5 stars, so I'm leaving it at 4. This is by far the best Subway I've ever been to, and I've been to at least 100 of them. By contrast, the Subway in Loma Linda (corner of Mountain View & Redlands) is the worst Subway I've ever been to. So weird that these are so close to each other. Anyway, friendly staff. This is my 6th time going and it's been closed. I called earlier to make sure what time they close since there's no signs on the door and they told me over the phone at 4am so I wasted my time and my gas going when the employee that was there didn't answer the door she just nodded her head saying no and it was only 3:16am. There needs to be better communication between employees because this is not okay! Or have some type of sign saying what time they close. read more

This is only the 2nd time Ive had this specific subway, the 1st time, i ordered 2 oatmeal raison cookies and they gave me 1 chocolate chip and 1 raspberry one, without asking my choice of replacement. Today was the 2nd time, at around 6:30pm 1/9/21, i ordered 2 oatmeal raison and they just didn't give me anything, no refund, no other type of cookie or chips; as well as putting a hot sandwich in with a cold sandwich. Very slow. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and probably won't be going back anytime soon I'm almost always late for work because they're so slow. I'm so upset with the service my dad received today at this location! I looked up the menu online and it stated that there may be a gluten-free bread at some locations, so I had my dad ask the blonde (I state her hair color because there were two females working, but only one helped my dad) working tonight (March 12, 2019 @ 7:47PM) and she gave him attitude. For one, it is not hard to say no WITHOUT an attitude. My dad hates confrontations, so he just took her bad service and proceeded to checkout where she said she could not take his coupons when another employee had taken them previously without any issues. My dad brought me my steak and cheese sandwich and to my surprise 75% of my sandwich was not filled with either meat, cheese, or the veggies I had requested. Needless to say, I wish he would have told her to cut the attitude, quit being a skimpy girl, and be thankful she has a job. Lol Anyways, ordered the oven roasted chicken breast and I must admit, it was pretty good (: Not every subway can make it the way I enjoy it, so thats brownie points right there. They even offer some ingredients that other subways don't (ex. spinach & cilantro). The bread here is super on point in regards to their toppings and texture (I got the 9 grain honey oat). They don't forget to mention promotions their having such as a free cookie if you take a quick survey etc. If I was in the area and I was craving some subway I would definitely come back here. Yesterday we stopped after traveling for 8 hours for a quick bite. The sandwich was great as usual, but what makes this location even better is the honest and loyal staff that owner AJay has working for him. I left my purse with everything a girlcarries with her in it while on vacation. I sat outside and eat. They found it still there later in the day and put it in a safe place. The manger and owner both put me at easy when they said they would take care of mailing it to me. They really are going out of their way and don't even know me.
