Come to find out, there are different versions of Alimony and their website was not up to date. This was not presented to us upfront. The lack of transparency felt deceptive, and we left feeling taken advantage of. We've reached out multiple times--3 follow-up emails and 2 voicemails--but have received no further response after an initial reply. The lack of communication and accountability is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. We hope they make this right, but until then, we won't be returning and will be sharing our experience so others can be aware.
