Completely screwed up my order. When they finished my order, instead of having me pay, they said they had to finish online orders. When they finished they rang up my order. I asked are you sure that's my sub. They said yes. I get home and it's some garbage sub I can't eat. I should have to open the sub and check if the kids know what they are doing but don't trust them. First visit So not only do they not have any Italian herbs and cheese they have no cheddar cheese and meatball warmer isn't working either ! Of the 2 subways in sandy I prefer this location. Mainly because the employees here seem to care more. The place is always clean and the bathroom is also. They take their time making my sandwich and don't seem in a hurry to get done so they can go hide in the back room. I think with all these places it all comes down to how they are managed read more

My visit was Friday, May 14, 2021. The service here is great! The employees are very kind and courteous towards the customers, and the store itself is very clean and organized. However, at the end of what would have been a great experience, as the young man, I believe his name was Danny, Dan, something like that, preparing my food was finishing, another young girl approached the register. Her name was Megan, I took note of her name tag specifically because of what happened next. She asked him what my sandwich was, and instead of telling her, he responded with "nah, you gotta go make sandwiches, I don't need help ringing up" and began swearing at her as she walked away. I could see in her eyes the split second that they met mine, she was very upset, but nonetheless walked away from the register and squeezed her way between the third employee at the other end to attempt to begin the next customer. Normally when I come in, they have a sort of assembly line going on, where one person is at the beginning of the line getting the bread and meat/cheese, then another is on vegetables and toppings and a third is on the register, so my guess is she was attempting to make that happen, but instead was met with hostility and just general meanness from her coworker. I dined in this day, and, maybe this is a little creepy, but I watched the young girl. She remained behind the counter, never once went into the back room even when there were no customers in the store waiting to order. I could tell that she was incredibly uncomfortable working with that other male employee, but had a great friendship with the other female. My point in writing this is, I wonder what happens when they are in the back room, if he is so willing to flip a switch and start swearing at his coworker in front of customers. I certainly hope the owners of this particular store will look into this, as it is a very serious situation. read more

The employment here was very unfair. The manager hires his own son not even a month into him working there he's getting twice the hours as me as I've been working there for 2 months. He got mad at me for clocking off at the end of my shift when his son wasn't ready to work yet. The manager goes on a vacation for a week and doesn't work me once while he's gone but works everyone else. As I am employed there as a part time employee. I guess the means 26 hours for 2 weeks. Worst subway I have ever been to. I would prefer the one in town or down in Gresham. The owners and employees are much better at those stores read more

Went in for two foot long subs with coupon. Been going to this location for over five years. Ordered one with the new cheese garlic bread, or so they say. It is just a spread they put on the white bread. Went to pay and the order price with coupon should've been $11.98. Came up to over fifteen. Young guy said they charge extra for the cheese bread plus charge extra for the cheese on top of the bread charge. None of this was explained, disclosed when ordering none of this was ever charged for before on our other trips there. Use to stop there very regular but Won't be back to this location as they just seem to nickel and dime a customer. read more

I stopped by this Subway on the way for a dayhike to Mirror Lake. The sandwich was good, but the service was horrible. I asked for some napkins and the lady (did not get the ladies name) would not give me any telling me there were some already in the bag with the sandwiches, but when I checked there were none. So, I told her there were no napkins and I needed some napkins. After that she finally threw some napkins at me, and it was not even enough for the sandwiches I ordered for the 4 of us. I will never ever stop at this Subway again. It does not matter how good the sandwiches are. If the service is not good it makes everything else horrible. read more

I went to visit Subway and wanted to use a coupon for savings. Not a good deal with the coupon at all. They actually suck. and I am crazy when it comes to saving every penny. I was extremely unhappy with the purchase and the manager was front and center for customer service. I did not want an extra service item nor was I interested in anything for free. It turns out the coupons are not the greatest deals. But the manager was excellect at attending to make me VERY HAPPY and to Be a returning customer. Please Support Subway with day manager.
