No se This Jack in the Box has somehow mastered the art of being unavailable exactly when I'm hungry. Every time I pull up, it's a new adventure. One day the system is down. The next day they're cleaning the grill. Another day they're only taking cash. At this point, I'm convinced the restaurant's primary business model is finding creative reasons not to serve food. I never know if I'm arriving at a fast-food restaurant or interrupting a team-building exercise. The employees could probably write a bestselling book titled "1001 Reasons We Can't Take Your Order Right Now." When they're actually open and functioning, the food is fine. The challenge is successfully navigating the side quest required to place an order. If your goal is to eat at this Jack in the Box, I'd recommend bringing patience, backup dinner plans, and perhaps a priest to bless the drive-thru before attempting entry. read more

Absolutely awful. You order, pay, and then they send you to sit in the parking lot so their poor service does not give them long drive thru times. It starts with can you wait to have your order taken with no line in the drive thru. Order 4 tacos, asked to wait out front and sit 10 minutes with 4 other cars. I go in to ask for my money back as I won't have time to eat before my appointment at the Cancer center now. And the guy who takes my order wants to argue and say well they're almost ready. This is not fast food or good service. I'm now sitting at a cancer center hungry, and upset at the unpleasant experience I had. ZERO stars if this were an option. read more

We went the other day and the food was inedible. My wife got a fajita pita. It came as a stale flour tortilla with three cold chicken pieces. Nothing else. I got a sour dough Jake my personal favorite. The bread was not toasted, the meat patty had barely been cooked and on sauce of cheese. Nothing else. I was ordering a #1 and I was asking to have the butter sauce on the side and the guy on the speaker told me I might as well not get it because the sauce makes the burger. I told him I didn't like some sauces so I wanted it on the side in case I do like it and can get it on the burger next time. Last evening, Thursday, 6 Feb 2020, I made my second or third visit to this particular restaurant. My friend and I each had the Quad Bonus and I believe it might be the best burger for the price around. The service was fast, efficient, and cordial, and the food was just what it oughta be. I was impressed and am ready to go back. Especially since I now have a coupon. I miss the days of Jack and its "special sauce," but I also very much like the restaurant of today -- at least this particular restaurant. I haven't tried the others so can't and won't say anything. But this one is closest to my new home and I can visit often. And will. And I recommend it to anyone else who likes this kind of American food. read more

Sorry I didnt catch his name but I was there at 9:59 am on saturday 2/20/21. As my boyfriend went to pay his arm hit the window and my card went flying onto the ground. I was able to get out of the passenger side and grab my card. The young man who took my card was so sweet and went out of his way to wipe and sanitize my card. If I could give zero stars I would. Walked into the lobby and stood at the counter for 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. Never happened even though one of the guys kept looking at is all the while complaining about the orders coming on through the drive thru window. Wow. We went in there for a quick breakfast and were both very impressed with the young woman who took our order. Her name was Cintia. The order may have taken a couple of minutes longer than normal and she was so apologetic for the wait. She even came over and told us the status of our order. Crazy awesome customer service. When she noticed we were leaving she wished us a great day and hoped we would come back soon. If I owned a restaurant I would certainly sleep better if I knew Cintia was on duty. Great Staff-eclectic group of individuals who work at Jack ITB, but if I have learned nothing else in my years food tasting, is that the cover is just that-it isn't the book. This has got to be the most polite staff of food personnel in Sierra Vista and this is saying alot, since this is the low of all service in the Southwest, except here at this Jack ITB location. My hat's off to the manager and their excellent staff. Take care of these people-please! Very clean restaurant, very rarely have I been in a fast food restaurant that my arm hasn't touched something I wish I would have seen first. Excellent service, they are efficient and when your order is stretched out like the one for our tribe, they have you get your drinks and Voila! your order is finished. Excellent food at a great price. Who doesn't love breakfast at night or pastrami sandwiches in the morning? Nary a soul I tell you, nary a soul. Con: the crazy turn on the drive through is a little tight if you are driving the land yacht so beware. Parking lot is kind of a one way also that dead ends where the drive through ends so be wary. I was so hot from unloading a moving truck that I kept messing up. The gentleman was super patient and friendly. I went up and paid and apologized. do not waste your time or money here, the service sucks they make you wait in the perking lot for 10 or more mins. ordered something as simple as a chicken salad with extra chicken got no chicken. its a bunch of highschoolers with bad training. the food doesn't taste good and this is coming from someone whos workered at 3 different jack in the box locations as a lead. read more
