The filling was super hot, and the crisp from the outside hit on all cylinders. But quickly disappointment set in as the inside crust was uncooked. So here I was getting mush and crunch along with the limited apple taste that was super hot. So I'm kind of mixed on this. Yes it was delicious. Yes, I look forward to trying it again but right now this was a disappointment. I think if I ordered the caramel sundae and dunked the pie into the sundae and ate it that way, it probably would be a bigger hit Service was with a grunt from a young teenage boy. I don't think he wanted to be here working, only to collect a paycheck, It'll be nice if McDonald's carries this pie full-time, but improves on the quality

The Taco Bell app also showed the store as open and allowed me to place a $30 order, which was fully charged. The order tracker then sat with no progress for over 30 minutes. When I finally went to the drive-through, an employee told me over the speaker that they were not open, not serving breakfast, and would not open until 11:00 AM--despite the posted hours and the app clearly stating otherwise. Even worse, they had no issue accepting my money through the app. When I explained the situation, I was essentially told "tough luck" and to file a claim through the app. This is poor management, misleading hours, and terrible customer service. If you're not open, don't advertise that you are and don't take people's money. I won't be returning to this location.
