This place brought me back to the U district in Philly. First off, they got the bread right, which so many sandwich places in general don't pay attention to. Soft enough with good flavor but durable enough to hold the contents. The steak is cooked right. I love how they think outside the bun and you can get your meal in a rice bowl. Very creative and it tastes pretty good. Everyone is friendly here, and the service is really quick. Place is always very clean whenever I have come in. Unlike many places who try, their self serve ordering touchpad works really well and is easy to navigate. If you want an "authentic" Philly cheese steak, this is the closest you are probably gonna find in all of Spokane.
