I have been going to this Subway a few years. Honestly I like it. Sometimes they are busy though I feel like the employees weather it well. Even with difficult customers the employees handle it in stride. The prices are good especially for this area and in general it is an inviting atmosphere to order as well as dine in. The manager cares and steps in when the employees need help. Yes parking can be a bit difficult though to park a bit farther away is only another 30-second walk. read more

Horrible experience. The open sign was off, but it was noon so I went in and the restaurant was completely empty. I walked to the counter and waited for a few minutes and no one came out. Finally I ring the bell and I hear a loud cough coming from the back. The owner comes out, not wearing a mask, tells me he is only accepting cash, and then turns around and walks back to the back of the restaurant. I have never been when there isn't a line because they only have one employee working while the others are in back or even sitting out front looking at their phones while the line continues to grow. The last time I met was late lunch time on a Saturday. The line was 8 customers deep and the "manager" was sitting at a table watching YouTube videos on his phone while the only other employee was working her a$$ off. Bouncing between making sandwiches and checking people out. I was at the end of the line and commented to the guy in front of me that it was a shame that there was only one employee in the place. This is not the best Subway I have been to. Reasons : 1. I took an offer couple of weeks ago (in my cell that said if I buy a 6-inch and drink , I get another 6-inch free ). After I was done ordering, I showed it to the guy (probably owner since he was older gentleman) and he took 2-3 to scrutinize the message and then reluctantly apply that coupon. While doing that , he made sure to point it out 3 times that I could use the coupon only once. Really ? 2. My wife today went to subway with identical offer. The lady there made her wait for 5 min ( until the coupon expired in her cell phone ) and then applied the coupon. Now, this is where it gets interesting. My wife then asked for a receipt and once she checked it ; she saw that along with charges for 6-inch and a drink , the other 6-inch which should have been free was charged one dollar. My wife got it to the lady's attention and was refunded that amount. These incidents have not been pleasant experience for both me and my wife and we both love Subway. So the request is for management to have trained and professional staff. read more

Subway is Subway. Stopped in here while helping a friend move, and desperately in the need of some food. Service was fast, and associates seemed to know what they were doing and how to prepare the sandwiches. I hadn't realized that subway had added some salads to the menus which is nice as I have never ben a big sandwich person. Location is clean and easy to find. Parking was very easy as well. Quality isn't anything like a New York style deli like I am used to, but I get the concept. Subway is offering okay sandwiches at decent prices. Subway is also hoping to deliver a healthier lunch option which for the most part it does a good job at. There may be a bit of false advertising going on as a whole with Subway as their sandwiches never look like the photos, but that is pretty much every fast food chain so I am over it. We have been going to this Subway for a long time and given them so many opportunities to turn service around and it's just awful. We order online and 75% of the time our order is screwed up. My son gets turkey on flatbread with ranch. I can't even count the amount of times it comes without ranch. I started writing in the notes section "please remember the ranch." This sandwich has three components, it amazes me it can be screwed up so often. We've ordered the veggie patty sandwich multiple times and on more then one occasion there is NO veggie patty on the sandwich. They NEVER answer the phone. NEVER. One time we attempted to use the curbside service. We pull up, notify them on the app we have arrived and wait. And wait. We can see the workers inside. One of them looks right at us. No customers. I call. No one picks up the phone, shocker. My husband finally walks in, there are more than three people working. Someone is yelling in the back. The place is a customer service disaster. Time and time again. This has nothing to due with COVID, it's a classic case of no one caring about their job. We went here out of convenience. About 2 or 3 weeks ago my brother, his girlfriend, and I went here around 8:50pm and they close at 9pm. Yes it is annoying to get customers as you're preparing to close but it is also your responsibility to serve as long as you are open. The three of us walked in and the woman stared and looked very unhappy. My brother asked if it was ok for us to come in and the woman demanded that he lock the door. I was appalled. So we came in and he locked the door. They started telling her their orders and in the midst of that, two men also walked in and the employee started yelling at my brother and his girlfriend for not locking the door. Excuse me? That is YOUR job, not the customers! And how DARE you yell at your customers for not doing YOUR job. He thought he had locked the door, it was a kind enough gesture to even attempt in the first place. So his girlfriend went back and locked the door. I was disgusted with her terrible customer service. If you're having a bad day and you have work don't you EVER take your anger or sadness out on a customer.
