Come on Stone Springs Popeyes! I was really rooting for you! However everytime I have been to you, you have consistently gotten my order wrong. And not just slightly, you have messed up all of my orders in the worst possible way. The last time I gave you a chance, I even mentioned that the last few times my orders have been incorrect, so please re-check everything before handing me my food. But of course, sandwiches were missing, the wrong sides were given and to top it off, the rude manager (a man named Jan or Yan?) said that I was wrong and that he gave me whatever I asked for. I mean after waiting in line everytime for over 45 minutes to 2 hours, the least you can do is ask me what is missing so that I could re-order? Mistakes happen but I would've appreciated even a slight attempt to correct it. I don't think I will be re-visiting this location anytime soon unless there is a drastic management change. read more

I went thru the drive thru today against my hubby's fear. I ordered a family meal plus a spicy chicken sandwich, and a fries but when I got home it was missing fries. Disappointing because I waited in line for too long and then to get cheated out of a paid and charged order was aggravating I couldn't enjoy the meal. The chicken was dry but the red beans and rice was delicious. The pieces of chicken we got were dry and looked overcooked or been under heat for too long. Perhaps they were cooking way ahead of time to meet demands but quality suffered! I want my fries. I called their phone contact info but it just kept ringing. Went in on Oct. 22, my Aunt wanted to get some classic wings. According to the menu, wings only are 6 for $5.99. But apparently that's not true here. Full classic wings are 5 for $10 and that's the only ones you can get in classic. The 6 for $5.99 are flats & spicy - according to the girl at the counter, you can't get the flats in classic only spicy. The customer service was basically non existent. So 10 minutes later, we left without orders anything. I've never had this issue at the Popeye's in Haymarket. Won't be going back to this one!! read more

Worst service ever I have experienced in my life. I ordered through the app and chosen to pick in drive thru and I pull in and get told SORRY! We don't take online orders in drive through you gotta come inside. Ask for a manager and he yells you gotta come inside or leave. Simply asked what is it that you need from me inside that I can't provide you here and he keep yelling and finally threatened to call the cops... what again. Aside from this there food is far away from Popeyes taste, oily and mostly getting the wrong order or missing items. Horrible customer service!!! I was given the wrong food. Came back into the restaurant with the receipt showing that she gave me a 4 piece when I asked for a number 4, which is a 5 piece wings combo. Instead of apologizing and giving me the correct food, she proceeded to tell me I needed to bring the incorrect order back into the restaurant. Horrible service. I asked for no thighs and no gravy on the mash potatoes and paid regularly. When I get home they gave me 4 thighs and one wing and one drum stick on my order and gravy on my mash potatoes. I call and talk to the manager he told me that's all they had and that they don't do no thighs on orders and they don't separate the gravy on the mash potatoes. I advised him he could have told me that when I ordered so I could have adjusted my order. If you come an hour - ONE HOUR before closing, they will refuse to make anything that hasn't already been made and that hasn't been so obviously sitting under the heater. I'm always treated kindly at this location, both inside and outside at the drive thru. Be careful because it gets packed during the lunch rush, so be prepared to wait. I tried using the app once to order and pay for my food. I attempted to pick my mobile order at the drive Thru but was asked to walk inside to grab it. Usually go to the one on Westfields Blvd but decided to give this on a try since it opened not too long ago and it has a drive thru. BIG MISTAKE! Tried to order on the app but when I chose this particular location it said that the order could not be processed, I tested it out and changed the location to the Westfields' store and their system was working fine. So I decided to just drive there and order at their drive thru. It took about 35 minutes to sit in line at the drive thru on a Sunday at 3:05 PM. Ordered 4 Classic Chicken sandwiches, 2 with no pickles or mayo, 1 with no pickles and the last regular. 1 side for each sandwich 2 fries, a Cajun Rice and a coleslaw. After I paid I sat at the window for about 5 minutes when one of their employees told me that it was taking longer for my order so did I mind moving forward a little so they could continue helping clients. Had no problem and moved forward. 15 minutes later a guy comes out with a mask not covering his nose and asks me, "What did I order?" I told him you have to be kidding me just give my money back. He gets annoyed and says how do you want me to get your order if you do not tell me what it is? BTW I was the ONLY car waiting for an order that did not get it at the window. He asked for my receipt and I tell him your cashier did not give a receipt and HE is frustrated that I don't have a receipt. He keeps asking for my order again and I ask him if he wants to write it down to remember and this annoys him even more so I just recite my order and he leaves. 10 minutes later he gives me a bag of food and says "sorry for the wait, I threw in an extra pie in the order. After ONE HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES I just wanted to leave, got home and the 2 of the sandwiches were not made right, it looks like they used chicken tenders instead of the normal breast of chicken AND NO FRIES. I'm done, first and last time I go there rather drive to the Westfields location even though there's no drive thru but they always get the order right and the wait is always reasonable.
