For a chain restaurant these guys are better than average. I think they know that being in the middle of 3 Golf retirement communities means better than average service is expected and better than average freshness of the food is required. I've never been there and seen the bottom of a barrel or any dried out food that had obviously been out in the open too long. If your in the mood for subway these guys are great, attentive and fast. You won't regret your choice of sandwich at this Store. We go to this store at least once a week and over a 3 year time period haven't been disappointed even once. read more

Doors were locked, no employees present at 3pm on a Friday, open sign was on. Called the store and it went to voicemail.

I will never go back to this location. I ordered the sandwich of the day full meal deal and was charged over $13. When I tried to correct them I was told they couldn't reverse it and I had to call tomorrow to talk with the manager. When I talked with manager they had to talk with the owner, the manager didn't have authorization to refund money. THE OWNER IS A MICROMANAGER. I got money refunded finally but wasn't the full amount. When I tell people this story they always say "oh I never go to that subway, not even fresh bread daily" Do not go to this location read more

I came in today (1/26/26 at 815 am) while waiting for my oil change next door. The young man opening was so kind and cheerful-- the type of person you'd want to interact with on a cold Monday morning! I haven't been to a Subway in a while, but I'd come back to this location for sure. Where do I begin? Clearly like most, we have all been to a Subway before. To be honest, does anybody really have high expectations when going to a Subway? Never in my life have I ever left a review for a Subway but my experience was like no other in almost 40-50 years. Walked in on Saturday 3/7/26 around 2pm and ordered the 6" daily special meal ($6.99) + Make it 12" it for +$3.00. 2 women working were seemingly moving slow and lost behind the counter, but not the end of the world. I order the daily special. Woman needs to turn around look up at the menu to figure out what it was. OK a little weird. Proceeds to make a sandwich including tearing some of the meat in half to spread it out and make it fit a 12" sandwich. Ok weird too, but again I have low expectations and apparently this store likes spreading 3/4 of the typical meat on a footlong. Then we go to the dressings. Horrible portions that were embarrassingly skimpy. We get through that step which now amounts to clearly the weakest looking Subway sandwich I have ever seen/had at a Subway. Again, I can get over it. Go to pay and the woman says $13.07... I look at the menu promo board and point out that the math is wrong and it should be around $10.00. Her immediate response without turning to look was, "I work here and know what I am doing. I made your sandwich and I know what it is and how much it costs." So at that point I simply give up and pay looking to get out of there. Rings up my credit card and then she starts to walk away. I ask as she is walking away "What size cup do I get?" She looks at me and says "You don't get one. You just paid for a sandwich." WHAT???!!!! No, I wanted the daily special. Her response "Well it is too late for that, you already paid and I rung you up for just a sandwich , you didn't say anything and now I can't issue a refund. You can purchase a drink (about another $3.00) if you want." So if you are keeping track 12" meal (chips and drink) $10.00. I pay for the same 12" sandwich for $13.00 and get no drink and am told too bad nothing they can do and that I shouldn't have paid if I didn't like what they charged. Called today 3/11/26 to speak with the franchise owner about all this and they wouldn't give me his/her number. So now I suppose we can all read about it online. Apparently new management has taken over in January 2024. New policy: NO Senior discounts (in a retirement community), seems like its death throw for the business. Manager who served us was less than cordial. She also made the sandwiches with 2/3s the amount of vegetable adds. She did not cut the meat in our protein bowl which was always done in the past. The ~$24 cost was about $8 more than last year and no discount. Our final analysis, we will not be a future patron. I predict the new management has a short stay at this location. My focus is not so much the employee but the lack of senior discount and the much higher cost. read more

I went in and ordered a foot long,toasted....she went to ring me up and I said I would like cookies,I asked if she had more in the back,she read off what types they had,I responded I would like 12 of,she stopped me and said that's all we have what's in the display,I asked if she had any in the back she replied NO,I said I'll take what you have So she threw my cookies on the counter and asked what I wanted on my footlong,mayo,spinach....she grabbed thr soggy spinach leaves in the cooler, I said I would like more she almost pulled out the more soggy,I said No,fresh please, she turned around pulling the spinach out of the cooler slamming it on the counter and then slamming the cooler door,then I asked for onions,no onions so again she grabbed the onions, slamming the onions onto the top of the spinach container and slamming the cooler door She was so rude,I was at a loss for words....God forbid I ask for non wilted spinach....Never will I go in if the Young Girl with Red hair and facial piercings is working again and I suggest you don't either !! read more

Stopped in at lunch time, but the staff was not in any hurry to move the line that was backed up half way to the door. After I waited for close to 10 minutes to order, I find out that they don't carry a product that was rolled out nationally a few months ago. Waste of time. Absolutely horrible. Blonde girl threw a fit I came in 25 minutes early. she had everything put away already. She wouldn't toast the sandwich "oh I cleaned it, so I'll have to do it again and yeah" and then when we got to veggies, she put lettuce and onion on and was trying to get me to finish. I usually do 9-10 toppings. As I'm running out, she tells the guy cleaning "oh see I told you I never get in trouble for closing early" LOL well I'm never eating there again, girl sucked. Promote the guy cleaning instead. Oh and I'm from out of town visiting grandparents, and I made sure to tell them and their friends to never come back here again. 1 customer experience, and you lost 5 others as well because of it read more

I have been going to this Subway for probably a year and I go at least twice a week and the only girl that has ever been kind and had enthusiasm and seemed genuine is named Maddie I believe. However as of late, there has been a girl named Ash I think with very short, black hair and honestly my experiences with her have been so horrible that when I walk in and see her, I want to walk out and go somewhere else. She is rude, condescending, and lacks any artistry while making sandwiches. I ask for extra onion and I feel like she purposely puts less on, requiring me to ask another time. Which isn't a big deal but every time? Quite annoying. She throws things on the sandwich in a way that lacks organization and has no presentation. Awful! read more
