I got the Philly cheesesteak here. First time eating at Jersey Mike's and a very, very long time. The service was phenomenal. I was the only one there but no big deal. They made my Philly just the way I wanted. It was perfect. Tasted great cheese was phenomenally melting like I haven't had in a while. After they finish making my sandwich, they brought it out to me personally, and that was the best customer service I've had there. Customer service is non existent at this location. Went in waiting for my mobile order both employees didn't even acknowledge me or look up. Waited at the counter for a minute without acknowledgement and waited a whole longer. Two delivery drivers and again silence. Granted the one employee was helping a customer but the man staring at the meat like it was going to run away could have walked over and asked who everyone was waiting on. I eat here frequently, both on line orders and walk up, and really like their sandwiches, especially their cheese steaks. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a small store and eating inside is kind of bland, and eating outside is precarious due to the wobbly tables and limited seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They're busy most of the time, so there's not much time for friendly interaction, which is fine with me - like I said, the sandwiches are really good and the staff are efficient and friendly enough. Quality is hit and miss. I order the same thing every time (#17 Mike's Famous Philly). Sometimes it's fresh and delicious! Other times, it tastes like the meat was on the verge of jerky. A few times, onions and peppers were put on my sandwich on accident, and some other times, the bread was stale. I'll still keep ordering because when it's warm, juicy, melty, and that bread is fresh, it hits the spot and I don't mind a little sandwich roulette. I have had to down grade the review to the low point. They made such a hysterical fuss over the remake of a sandwich that I had to send nine (9) emails and countless calls, and they have yet to make things right. Just talk and unfulfilled calls from a private cell line of someone saying they were a manger from 40 miles away. Have yet to receive the remake promised me and they want to have all of their staff here when they make it. How weird! First, you begin by making the sandwich I ordered, not one I did not. I spent $29 that day (on a pair) and deserve a sandwich that made to order the way I wanted it. Three times in the last month, and one wasn't even the sandwich meat I ordered because they switched sandwiches on me. I took my eyes off the construction of the sandwich for only a few seconds. Have been a good and valued customer but do not complain until it started to go down hill. I would have kept it internal but, again, they could not get it right while the GM said a month ago they were training new people. They are still training. They hire from the same worker pool as a half dozen other restaurants in the immediate area who get it right. Several have not made a mistake in six years! The others fix the problem upon a customer bringing the matter to their attention, and without countless emails or phone calls to people who step over dollars to save nickels or simply want to be boss of something without any experience. Usually stop in once or twice a week - ordering two sandwiches with extra meat and a second layer of cheese or the wife picks it up.. I don't always go in, letting the lady go in, because, although they have handicapped parking outside the door which is often taken, the door is not certified as accessible and it is heavy especially with the wind trying o blow it shut. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Once to the door it is not handicap accessible and the narrow pathways inside where you stand in a narrow line prevent this...causing the line to be inaccessible for unsafe to pass.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Queen Creek is honoring certifiable and nationwide Handicap Access called the "Americans with Disabilities Act." They open a new Jersey Mike's April 2nd. Since they made an issue out of a simple "redo" and they said I made threats, which no one can claim or back up from any communications - it translates to a very insecure person making these comments. Neither that person or myself would be capable of identifying each other. A well trained employee would say what do I need to do to make things right, and then keep your mouth closed as a person's ears are much more keen when they are not talking. The bottom line is there are other places to eat and none with the frequent history of errors in making a basic sandwich. Some are better but the sandwich is not worth the $13 you have to spend to get a 7 inch sandwich with 4-5 ounces on meat, more than 4 ounces if paying near $11 for a basic. Prices are up while the size with ingredients is down. I m sure they will ban me for this post but Yelp is a platform to voice dissatisfaction...or to praise the good deeds. Of course, legally, you need a valid reason, and the Mesa police know this...or they are supposed to. Most businesses will try to make things right. I've only run into three establishments that do not upon bringing the matter to their attention over a course of 15 years. I then update the complaint or write a replacement. read more

This was my first visit to the Jersey Mike's chain. The impression upon entering was that it was kind of dark and you have to walk to the far end of the room to order. An odd layout. The menu was confusing - they could have simplified it by saying cold sandwiches on this side and grilled on this side. My wife was having trouble deciding due to her confusion, so I decided on a regular Philly steak sandwich. After some encouragement she decided to join in and we got one giant Philly sandwich. It took longer to cook than either of us expected. They put it on the grill right away, so the grill temperature must not be very high. After about 15 minutes it was done. The place had developed a line, so we decided to take it, some chips and my wife got some chocolate chip cookies. We got it home, and split it in half. It was the perfect size for us. The meat was a little over cooked which was not a surprise. The peppers and onions had a good texture, but there were about half what I would have wanted. The swiss was perfectly melted. Swiss was a special request. Ordinary they put white American cheese on it, but my wife is lactose intolerant, so when possible we always request a hard cheese alternative. So for $25 and some change, I would have to say I was underwhelmed, and will not be going back soon. I at least know to ask for the meat to be less well done and double my veggies. read more

I rank JM best sub chain around and have been to several in LA, San Diego and Phoenix. This one was also great with outstanding staff led by shift leader Chris. My Italian sub was huge and delicious. The quality is A+ with great taste. The brownie and stubborn agave vanilla soda also delicious. Highly recommended. read more

We ordered sandwiches ahead of time online so that we could pick it up during my husband's lunch half hour. The website said pickup at a certain time. My husband went there, waited almost 20 minutes of his 30 min lunch and still they hadn't even started on his order. They told him they had a big catering order and they were working on it, instead of helping any online orders or even the customers in the lobby. The manager kept yelling at her staff in front of all the customers, very unprofessional. I called to get the order cancelled since my husband didn't get his sandwich in time, he had to return to work without eating, and the evening manager apologized but offered nothing for our inconvenience. Could've offered a free drink or discount on next order but nope....just I'm sorry and we'll refund you. I didn't really expect anything for my inconvenience, but it would've gone a long way. Very incompetent workers at this store. They messed up on my food, the simplest order. Ordered a regular chipotle cheesesteak with provolone instead of American cheese. Get hope to unwrap the sandwich and there is no cheese and no chipotle sauce. Worst part is, they wrap the sandwich up in an area you can't see if they are correctly making your order. Fucking terrible bro. I've been here twice now and both times they've screwed every item up in one way or another. I tend to have these types of experiences with fast food workers. They're all typically pretty bad at their jobs (w the exception of Chick Fil A) and I'm prepared for that when I go to most places. But a sandwich shop where your order and everything on it is listed in front of your face, with the ingredients to match the order equidistant from the actual order, from the moment it's called in to the moment it gets wrapped up, there's literally no excuse for the level of incompetency these fuckers display. I ordered 3 sandwiches. A kids Turkey and prov, an Italian, and a BLT. Only customization was to add light mustard to the kids sandwich and the BLT. Pretty simple right? Tell me why I go to pick up my food and they're still working on it 20 minutes after I ordered... Not only that, both the kids and BLT were SMOTHERED in mustard. Literally dripping out of the sides of the bread in all directions. The bacon on the BLT was burnt so crispy it practically dissolved to the touch. They forgot to include the cookie for the kids meal which my 4 year old was pretty bummed about when I got back home. They added banana peppers to the BLT that were never requested. And the Italian was just falling apart. My guess is they made that first, got a couple people walking in, and left it sitting there cuz the bread was totally falling apart when we opened it up, and the only one of our 3 to do so. So I'll reiterate. This place is fucking terrible, and when I called to see how they'd make it right? They let the phone ring to the point where it just automatically hangs up, three times in a row. Let's face it, there's smart people everywhere. Yet somehow none of them ended up at this Jersey Mikes location. Y'all need to do better. $30 for sandwiches my dog could've made is a fucking joke and y'all should be ashamed. I know it's just food, but it's the principle. read more

I've been going to this location for some time and every time I go there is this Employee Echo is absolutely outstandingly amazing and always on top of things.
