Shout out to BJ and Adrienne, these humans both absolutely deserve raises and six months off with pay. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely made the experience better. You can tell they care about customers and take pride in what they do. I was a little disappointed to find out they no longer serve mozzarella cheese sticks (bring them back!), but BJ and Adrienne helped turn that around. I ended up ordering the chicken strip meal with a lemonade, and it definitely did the job -- tasty, satisfying, and exactly what I needed. On June 22nd at around 5:40 PM I ordered a southwest salad and two tacos, help me understand how they sell a salad, the employee didn't include all items, no dressing for my salad. The young employee there seemed lost and took so long for the food at the drive-thru. Makes no sense. read more

This location has the weirdest freaking parking lot. Directly across from Home Depot, Jack in the Box sits in the Staples plaza. The parking lot is enclosed within the parking lot, and you have to drive in an uneven circle to find the actual entrance. The store is mostly clean but even in the off time, no one came out to clean off tables or take out the overfilled trash can. The food was good; they have good egg rolls and onion rings. The Sourdough Jack really hit the spot. This was a fun place for me to sit down with my dad and my son over lunch while we chatted. It does get a little loud when kids come in because sound really echoes, but this was a pleasant visit overall. No big complaints. read more

This is the slowest fast food restaurant. All three times I've come, it's taking 10 to 20 minutes to get food. First time I ordered two tacos and waited 20 minutes and my food was comped. Second time ordered a burger and it took 15 minutes and that was with no one in line. Third time, thought I'd try one more time, was at 11 in the morning - no one in the drive-through no one in the restaurant and it took 12 minutes to get a hamburger with extra pickles and still had no extra pickles. So I made a mobile order before going to Jack In The Box tonight. So when I got there I told the intercom person my name and she told me they were short staffed and closed. I told her that I made a mobile order and she told me that I didn't tell her that. I informed her sadly she didn't give me a chance to. They literally could not figure out how to make a crispy Jack Wrap without cheese tonight, one of the easiest things on the menu. I had to go through the drive thru THREE times and still not right. First one was coated in cheese. Second one was undercooked chicken cubes, like the cheap out of a can white cubes, not crispy chicken strip. Third one was the chicken cubes but they added cheese back to them. Ridiculous! On top of that, the tacos were so greasy they fell apart after peeling the paper off of them it was so soaked. They also had no sauce. The burger is supposed to have mayo & ketchup but had no sauce but a tiny swipe of mayo. Patty was overcooked. All of it was inedible. read more

It's Jack In The Box - you know what you're going to get. It's fast food and the menu doesn't change often. The Breakfast Jack that I enjoy is the same Breakfast Jack that I enjoyed decades ago. This particular location is fast and efficient and I haven't had any issues with the order being incorrect. I utilize the drive through only so can't speak to the inside of the restaurant. I went to pick up a door dash delivery around 1pm which they were open as it told me to pick up through drive through, and a vehicle was outside the store. I was unable to pick up the order costing me money and costing the person who paid for them to not do there job. Don't want to do work don't work and waste people's time and money for you lazy ass self. Three more cars went in and were also ignored. I mean I'm all about parents trying to work and having babysitting issues but when you go through the drive thru and there are 2 small kids in the kitchen area (in plain site of the drive thru window) dropping cups on the ground and restaking them! Tonight was the 10th time we have been asked to pull around to wait in the parking lot and not in the drive through line. What is the reason for this? Seems sketchy that they can't have me sit at the window for my 2 jumbo jacks and and 4 egg rolls. This place just screwed me out of $10 worth of food. My fiancé and I ordered a munchie meal, a burger, mini pancakes, two bottles of water, and a few other things. They almost forgot to give us our water, and when we brought it up they tried to only give us one at first. I was so hungry I was about ready to faint, so we stupidly didn't check the rest of our order before heading home. We ended up paying over $20 for about half of the order, and didn't even get a receipt so I can't go back and prove it. Absolutely infuriating. read more

Got home to 3 poppers and a small fr! Always check your bag at this location manager works? I use the word work very very sparingly! 6am to 3 pm m-f his store is failing!!! This place is ridiculously slow. Waited in line at the drive thru for over 15 minutes. Once I got to the speaker I had to wait another 3-4 minutes for them to take my order. Then waited another 5 minutes for my food. This is a fast food joint. Should not take almost 25 minutes to get some tacos and a burger. Especially when the inside dining area only has three tables with people sitting at it. I would not recommend going here with some many other fast food options around. Ordered a sour dough jack which came not toasted, jacks late night munchy meal with the stacked burger and it has the same bread as the sour dough... again not toasted. I ordered all regular fries with one munchy meal and no curly but got still got mixed. We were given an extra drink and shorted 2 tacos and wasn't given a recipt after I paid. I typically like Jack in the box, however I have been to this location twice and both times give me reason to never go back. The first time, my jumbo jack had more sauce than anything else. I couldn't even eat it, the bun was drowning in ketchup and mayo. Fast forward a few weeks later, I go back and get a salad. I begin eating it and it is good. Then I realized that it is clear that the lettuce has not been washed and has super old mushy dark pieces of lettuce in it. The edges of lettuce that were sliced with a knife had dirt or something on them. Super gross. I didn't open the croutons. They expired 5-08-17. Keep in mind it is December 2017. Quality control is definitely lacking at this location, so I won't be back. read more
