Horrible service and staff. The staff were incredibly rude and unkind to me. Food wasn't anything special and took super long to come out, around 20 minutes and the serving size wasn't good maybe around 20 fries in a large fry. The tables were also dirty and there were like 2 workers. Definitely go to the one on Ocotillo their staff is so much nicer, their food actually tastes good and they give you much better serving sizes. This store was horrible in all aspects. We opted for the drive thru and were greeted pretty quickly. We ordered a cone and two peanut buster parfaits. Our payment was taken and it took longer and usual to get our treats and such. This was, without question, one of the most appalling customer service experiences I have ever encountered. A senior citizen and I waited more than fifteen minutes without so much as an acknowledgment from the two employees behind the counter (11/01/25 - afternoon). They carried on as if we were invisible. When I finally inquired about my order, I was met with open disdain--a scoff, as though my request for basic service was an inconvenience. The indifference and unprofessionalism displayed by these two employees were absolutely unacceptable. No customer--let alone an elderly patron--should ever be treated with such disregard. Have been to this location many times via the drive through. This was the first time my wife and I came in to sit down and eat our favorite DQ treats. We ordered at the counter and went to sit down. We waited a bit and then got up to look and there were our not so frozen treats sitting at the service area waiting to be picked up. Nobody called our order number or gave any indication that our food was ready. The counter person was busy taking an order and nobody was around. I decided to step to my order (we were one of two other groups in the whole store and they had their food already) and was immediately jumped on by the girl in the back making the treats. She apparently was well aware of the issue. I find it interesting that she had such a strong territorial instinct for her personal area but couldn't find the time to serve the treats that she prepared for us. She loudly and sternly told this 60+ year old man that I couldn't be back there and to STEP BACK! I literally jumped back and responded, a bit irritated, with "Well somebody needs to give me my food." She ignored me, went back to hiding in the back and let me stand there. Finally, some tall guy walked slowly to the counter and I asked him if he worked there. He responded in the affirmative, and I asked him if he could give me my food before it melted any more. He handed it to me and I sat down to salvage what was left of what could have been a stellar experience but was now, nothing more than "I can't WAIT to get home to write a review about how I was treated in this restaurant!" As I sat down, my poor wife had to balance the chocolate dipped cone while she hurriedly ate it because it was starting to lean having melted during the wait. Before leaving I noted that there was a black and white laminated sign in front of the area where I had attempted to pick up my rapidly aging food, that clearly stated nobody was allowed in that area. Apparently this isn't the first time they'd had run in's with 60+ year old trouble makers like me who had the audacity to expect their food within a reasonable period of time. What really got me was how I was barked at and scolded by the very person who was supposed to be there to ensure that I had a positive experience. Wouldn't it have made more sense for her to say "Here, let me get that for you!" I guess she was more interested in asserting her authority, humiliating me, and not at all in serving her customer. I ordered through the app with a specific pick up time. Still had to wait 15 minutes. Ordered a large fry and got a very cold measly fry with probably 20 fries in it, but the worst part of this place is how unfriendly and rude and just downright passive aggressive they were! It was worse than the soup nazi on Seinfeld! The entire restaurant is decorated with passive aggressive signage with directions about everything from staying seated to not loitering to being refused service if you don't verify your order... and don't you dare refill your water! It was downright hostile, if not worse! I paid $20 for a cold fry and a melting Blizzard. It was pretty crummy and I left with a nasty taste in my mouth. Hunter's customer service was horrible. Yes, we came in with 20 minutes before the lobby closed. He made sure to let us know. We ordered our stuff and he continued to be annoyed. When our food came up, they were in to go boxes and bags w/ no cutlery or napkins. There were 3 orders and he would not give any orders out until they were ALL ready. Then he told us we had to get out, "it was our fair warning" and he was locking the doors. Not to mention my salad was full of tomatoes and I asked for not tomatoes. read more

My experience with this restaurant was unbelievable. I drove up on April 14 to order. They tell me that the Coke machine is not working so they gave me a complementary coupon that Read that I can get a free meal and one of the employees signed it two days later I went to use my coupon and the manager tells me are you sure it was from here because nobody has the authority to sign anything like that, gave me a hard time did not believe me finally he gave the meal it to me. He made me feel like I was lying so if you ever get anything like a free coupon, make sure you get the name of the person. I did not have a name. I have a receipt. I don't know if they gave more coupons like that to other customers that day but I hope they don't have a hard time using them. Maybe before they issue a coupon they should write it down on the day the employee,s name and the time. That manager was just not happy with this situation not my fault. Great place to come for a dessert even though they offer other items. My family loves their Oreo blizzard & the peach one. Price is higher than other ice cream places which makes this a special treat day whenever we crave DQ. We live close by and instead of going to Sonic, we decided to see how this Dairy queen is. We went for blizzards and we order the mini size. First, the mini size was an unexpectedly small toddler size and it was over $5 each. Almost double the price of Sonic for the same product. It tasted great. The drive through service is typically efficient and accurate. Most of the people working here that we've encountered have been friendly. There's one person that may need to take a role in something other than customer service, but we aren't going to mark them down too much for that one sour apple. Drove through on the way home, wife wanted a hot fudge sundae. No line, order taker got it right and was polite. So, this is what they call a hot fudge sundae. A plastic cup, full of plain old vanilla DQ product, surrounded by warm fudge. No crushed nuts, whipped cream, cherry. Always teenyboppers there.. Never been inside I always do the drive-thru. When ever I get that Pretzel Sticks or Triple Chocolate brownie craving I drive on up. I go through the drive through and they ask me to pull forward to wait for my food. Alright, whatever, it happens, just a little annoyance. After 5 or 6 visits to this location, I am positive this Dairy Queen's employees need to go back to dq college. I agree with several of the previous reviews. 1. Every employee I have dealt with at the drive through have been downright rude. 2. They also need to check the sizes they are dispensing regarding ice cream cones. There is no difference between small, medium and large here. They each come out identical to one another. When I questioned the employee tonight.
