I have never worked in five guys, but I feel like they need some more workers on shift. It takes about 15-20 minutes to get an order that was placed for pickup once you have already gotten there. Staff are not lazy and seem to work hard, but I feel like adding an extra person on shift would help it be faster and allow me to not be late for work! Food is average, honestly won't be eating here again simply because it is too expensive and the food tastes like a burger anywhere else. Place is very clean.
