Longest wait I've experienced at a subway. 3 associates working and took over 30 minutes just to order with only 5 people in front of me.

Today I had the absolute best service that I've ever had at a subway! April was so nice and made sure my sandwich was good and she made time to ask how my day was. I came in and she was working in other sandwiches she still greeted me and told me she would be right with me! read more

We shared a footlong Beast. As everyone knows already the food advertised never looks the same as in person. The employees were friendly and as far as I can tell the store looked clean. Things happen understandable. I asked for the manager to inquire about sending my order to another location instead. She (Diane, the manager) showed up & IMMEDIATELY got rude and walked off while I was STILL asking questions about my order. Food was great. The kids love subway. Bad experience with customer service. Employees were mad because I placed a mobile order and had up to 50$ in subway cash rewards. They called their manager and my order was canceled. Then I went in to the store and placed the same order and they couldn't cancel because I was there. So they made the order but were super mad about it. They were in such a negative mood. They close at 8 and they were telling people that the bathroom was closed and that the lobby closes at 730. That's not true and the owner wouldn't agree to that. Maybe the manager doesn't know that this is happening. Also two people were working and customers were coming in. I go to Subway a lot and this was my first time coming to this location. I just want to say I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of this specific location. The floors were sparkling, the walls look freshly painted, vibrant lighting, and most importantly ALL of the sandwich ingredients were fresh & sealed with a glass cover that only gets opened up during the making of your sandwich. There was a very nice and polite lady working the front and made my sandwich with care as if she was making it for her own child. This was a different Subway experience and i'll be only coming to this one from now on. A++++ experience. P.S. A female non-customer walked in and demanded the restroom keys from the employee as my sandwich was being made & the employee had to deny the customer the restroom keys because restroom use is for customers only. The non-customer was not happy to hear this policy and stormed out of the place while being extremely rude to the employee. The employee remained calm and polite. I am not one to give five stars But this subway deserves it. I stopped eating Subway because everyone I went into was dirty, staff was miserable. It always seemed like I was inconveniencing them by ordering food. I spent the day taking care of my elderly mother-in-law and headed home, I did not wanna make dinner. I wanted a sandwich so I googled and saw this was the closest sandwich shop to me at the moment. I was hesitant because again it's subway. I pulled up the app to order ahead because they had a deal going. However, it was not worth saving three dollars. So I I wouldn't allow myself to be lazy so I went inside at first it was a bit sketchy but I am so glad I chose this one and had the staff that was working. Ronald seriously hands-down one of the hardest workers I've seen lately and any place I've been. He was just so full of energy, it appeared he enjoyed his job even if it is at a sandwich shop. Subway to me has always been just average service by younger kids until I went to this one. I drove off the freeway looking for one and got a little lost but I'm definitely happy with my whole experience. From the minute we walked in the staff was very friendly especially Camerine. Her sense of humor and friendliness made me definitely feel welcome and and comfortable. Our sandwiches all came out perfect and even when we were almost done eating she came over and offered us mints and wished us happy travels home. The food was fresh, the customer service was great, and affordable. When I order I usually order with all the veggies and it ends up being a heavy sandwich. My husband and I came in tonight for a turkey/bacon/avocado wrap. These wraps are over $7 with tax, so you'd think that it would be full of ingredients. Not so. The lady making the wrap was very stingy on ingredients, in fact, the wrap was about half the size of other Subways that we've been to. I thought it was strange that she only put 1 slice of cheese (cut in half) on the wrap. We couldn't even taste the cheese, it was like it wasn't there.
