What happened to customer service? I hope the general manager reads this and talks to her employees about their attitudes and quality of coffee they are serving. The main problem with this location is the redesign of the dining room, mainly the decommissioning of the customer drink station. You no longer get to make your own drink, an employee has to do it for you, ruining any of the more complex drink preferences and increasing wait times for orders with many drinks. This change was not made with the customer's or the employee's best interest in mind, and was instead made to increase the likelihood that McDonald's™ will save 2¢ per order. You can still request that an employee gives you a refill, forcing them to stop what they're doing and increasing the wait time for some other chump. This is, of course, only possible if you feel like waiting meekly at the counter for at least 5 minutes, hoping that one of the workers in the kitchen will notice you and hear your plight. Why would anyone want this? Who approved this?
