I came here for lunch and the placed appeared clean, well maintained, and stocked. The staff were friendly, polite, and attentive. I proceeded to place my order for a wrap with egg, ham, cheese, and veggies. I asked if the wrap could be toasted but was told that it couldn't. I really didn't understand why toasting the wrap was so difficult. They were able to heat the egg and ham so when I got home, I took the took it apart and put the wrap in my toaster, problem solved. read more

When the Worker was making my sandwich, i put the following ingredients, cheddar cheese, turkey, bacon, And lastly, Pepperoni. After, she toasted the sandwich. After she asked if I wanted and vegetables on my sandwich, i said no thank you, Then She says, "Do you wanna die?" And that scared the hell out of me. All because I didn't put vegetables on my sandwich, And also, the sandwich wasn't even toasted All the way and was cold in the middle when I got it. Came in today 02/04/2024 at 12:10 pm I had placed an order online. When I came in I saw subway provided new items churros and pretzels. I decided I wanted to get one. As I came to ask the girl told me I had to wait until she got the online orders done, so I did. After I waited till she was done by then there was other customers as well that came in after me. She told me she had to help them first and I had to keep waiting. I was in disbelief since I walked in first and I was the only one waiting for such a long time. Girl was very rude and looked very unhappy with her job. Seemed like she was alone and couldn't handle the work. Girl seemed to know the people who walked in since she had a whole conversation about her only work 2 hours because she got a new home. Places a Mobile Order online, got a completely different bread than requested. The food was cold, and the best part of all the Cashier Robert was rude. I called to make a complaint about the food and said "well if you want a full refund, hang on to the sandwiches until tomorrow so my boss can do it" WTF am I supposed to do, hang on to the sandwiches the whole day???? I've been getting a veggie patty wrap since the wrap option has been available... and this location complained about not being able to wrap it up. It had sprinkles of toppings... one cheese slice and one cold veggie patty. It's supposed to be the same as a footlong portions but in a wrap... The subway I normally go to, is usually a little bit smelly, sticky and crowded. One of the employees always seems to be on her phone. NOT this place! Very clean, and organised. Employees are nice, courteous, attentive, fast and very out going. The food prep station was very clean and organized. The food it self was very tasty(as it should be). Lots of tables to eat. Tables were nice and clean. Bathroom (mens) was clean and smelled good. So if you want good food, good service, at a clean restaurant, this is your place. read more

This location is my go-to Subway. The employees here are always fast and friendly and the dining area is always spotless.

Love this subway because its pretty spacious compared to other subways around this neighborhood. They always have the broccoli and cheese soup and the honey green tea (two of my favorite items at subway). The plus is the sandwich artists here are always very generous with their cheese. Horrible customer service!!! I work 4 minutes away from this location and I want to say I come here at least every other week for lunch. I always order online for a fast pick up. Today as I submitted my order a pop up error occurred and took me back to the page for payment. I clicked "submit" one more time and again the pop up error message came up. I decided to check if I had not been charged for those 2 times. I check and yes, I was charged twice and had one credit for the same amount. At this point I quit trying to submit my online order and decided to just go directly to the restaurant where they would help me, But I was so WRONG. I show up and let them know what happened how I was charged 2 times but credited for 1. One girl tells the other to go talk to "someone" and she goes to the back of the restaurant. She comes back saying that there's no record of me placing no online order and that she got off the phone with someone from corporate and that they said there's nothing they can do. I told her that a manager had to come talk to me so I can show them through my chase app the 2 times I was charged. Long story short, manager comes out holding his phone to his ear and basically tells me they can't do anything about it that my transaction does not appear. Not helping at all and all the time on his phone (probably pretending) I asked if I can have a phone number to the company who charges the online orders where I can call and he says there should be a number online. So annoyed!! They didn't try at all to help nor to find out what was wrong. While all this is happening a girl, her neck covered in hickies, keeps making sandwiches and giving me dirty looks. This Subway used to be my go-to. The past few experiences with ordering online including my most recent experience have really been a huge let-down, and I'm done wasting my money here. My family spent $70 on dinner, and for what? To get completely stiffed on toppings. You would think that a veggie delight with no cheese would warrant at least a normal amount of toppings, but to get 4 tomatoes and 5 thin slices of avocado on a footlong sandwich is honestly, rude.
