This location deserves the five stars for its super fast service and accuracy with my orders for picky young eaters. I was in and out in 5 minutes. The only downside here is a lack of parking in this super busy strip mall. That's not Subways fault though, so I'm not docking them any points. Small shop with minimal eat-in space but spanking clean. Typical brand decor. They do have a restroom, however it is only available to customers. Veggie toppings were nice and fresh, no wilted spinach or sad lettuce here! Meats and cheese are pre portioned but everything seemed fresh. They do have a sign up (and a deli machine) stating that fresh sliced meats and cheeses are coming soon. read more

I went to this location right before I had to go to work. I had order the buffalo chicken sub on multi grain. I felt the service was just like any normal subway. I wanted just ranch on my sub since I like my stuff simply. The person who made my sub said "that's the way I like it simple". I do think that prices are a little bit on the high end. I eat a subway here and there due to the fact they got rid of the wheat bread. read more

There must be something really depressing about working at Subway, because this isn't the first time I have been "greeted" by a frowning grump. This girl didn't smile once, from the time she took my order until I paid. When I asked for salt and pepper after she had started to wrap my sandwich, it was like I had asked to borrow money. One of the better Subways I've been to. The inside is typical Subway but the staff is nice. I had instructions on how to make my sandwich and the employee did a great job of asking me if it was made to my liking. Most other Subways just make the sandwich and don't ask if it's make the way you want. read more

Okay, usually I love this location. Great service and wonderful people all around, however, I recently went this past week with a friend and were greeted with the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I came in on an evening but still long before they closed and yet I was treated like an inconvenience. Two women took my order, both blond, one heavy set and both with heavy makeup. The leaner one took my order and seemingly went out of her way to half listen to my order and getting snotty when I'd correct her, the second lady came and began working on my sandwich but ignored me when I said "half" and when I repeated myself she looked up and glared at me, saying "that's why I asked you." Very rude. My sandwiches were rushed and poorly wrapped. I love this place but this experience really makes me never want to return. read more

I talked my family into lunch here because I was craving the new turkey sandwich. Sad to say here it didn't taste as good as at other stores... tried it here and it was kinda tough. Crummiest part of this place though was that the workers weren't informed about anything! I asked about a sale I had seen on tv and was told they didn't have it. I looked online and it said they did. I had to show it to the manager and then after ordering what was on the sale (four 6" combos for 4 free tickets to a tides game) she 1. made us pay more because we didn't order the exact right sandwich. We paid the extra no arguments. But 2. she refused to give us the tickets! I had to deal with my parents going on and on about how she handed us 1 tickets but the deal was for 4. I ended up walking back to the register and showing them the bottom of the receipt that had the sale on it and asking for the other 3 tickets. If you have a sale know what it is especially of it is on YOUR RECEIPTS. And don't argue giving us what is part of the deal. My mother even knows the owner of this Subway and has still refused to go back. I tired blaming it on pregnancy hormones from the manager but no one will listen to me.... If you have a deal, coupon or sale pull it up on your cell so you can show them before they won't give it to you. read more

Food was usual Subway fare, but our kids meal, 2 6" combo meals, a 12" combo and 4 cookies came to $42! The kids meal was rang up as a regular 6" combo, and the toy was $1.75 in addition to the kids meal. We didn't even ask for or care about a toy. When I expressed concern about the cost, I was ignored. I couldn't see what was charged, so I couldn't argue. When I got the receipt I again expressed concern and was ignored. It was closing time and that was the priority. I would recommend anywhere else unless you want the most expensive Subway ever. read more

Worst subway I've ever been to!!! To start, it was filthy dirty! Every table was dirty. There was a huge puddle on the floor with a napkin thrown on top but no one cleaning it up. I had to clean off a table so my family could sit down. There were 2 people working. The one girl working seemed mad at me for being there. She didn't seem to be doing anything and there was a line of sandwiches the guy was starting and she never came over to help him so it took forever. She was rude and the guy seemed to be very upset with her. We will never return to this location. So gross and dirty!! read more

The young lady was eager to make sure everything was to my liking. The whole experience started off with her warmly greeted me and ended with her saying thank you and wanting me to have a nice evening. This particular subway was probably the worst I've ever been to. The subway where I live, the employees are very friendly and they do a good job with their time and making their sandwiches very well. At this subway, when I walked inside, it was dead silent and the employees did not even greet the customers. It took a while to get the servers attention. She was slacking off with her elbow on the counter where the food is and she was talking to the other employee. Then they ran out of lettuce and mayonnaise. It took her a good 5 minuets to fill up the mayonnaise bottle. Then I left and went back to my car and I'm waiting for my dad while he is in Starbucks (which also took a long time). So as I am eating my sandwich, the whole sandwich falls apart and makes a huge mess in my Lamborghini. The bread was not freshly made as the claim that they make fresh bread daily. The bread was crusty and burnt. The mayonnaise made the sandwich extra soggy and gross. I did not have a good experience and I recommend that no one goes to that subway because I know that I will definitely not be visiting that particular subway ever again. read more

Passing through town and stopped at this Subway with my family. It was pretty empty when we arrived. We ordered the meatball footlong but without bread... just meatballs in the little green cups. The server, Lisa, rolled her eyes at us. What she doesn't know is that our son has gone through a lot of GI issues, seen specialists, taken meds, etc. Bread is a no-go right now. Lisa gave us the meatballs in a clear plastic solo cup (they did not have the green serving cups that we've been given at all other locations). I asked if we could have a bowl. She said no--they were only for the salads. My son found it awkward to eat out of a cup meant for drinks, so he just didn't eat. The drink machine was dispensing flat and watery drinks. I sent the manager an e-mail, he apologized, and that is great, but our child's needs were disrespected for absolutely no good reason. You just don't treat people like this. read more
