Very interesting experience. As we entered a representative was sweeping the floor and directed us on where to get in line, one customer ahead of us. My husband was ordering the veggie delight as I had gone to the restroom. When I came out the attendant was asking my husband if he wanted cheese, it's the only protein on the sandwich. I stated the menu states provolone, she states we don't have any so we selected a different cheese. How do you not have the cheese that is the main ingredient on the menu for the sandwich? She proceeds to build the sandwich and asks if there are any other veggies we wanted I point out the sandwich should also include tomato slices. She cuts the foot long in 1/2 and asks if I wanted them wrapped separately, I said yes. Thought that was a nice jester. The chip rack had a very limited selection, it appeared that their inventory was low. What baffled me, the cashier was ringing up the people in front of me and the sandwich maker who I later learn is the manager , tells her she needs to go back and turn off the running water before the sink overflows. What? She is in the middle of a transaction. The cashier walks away and comes back and states the sink overflowed, she proceeds to finish the transaction. My turn, rings me up and just as I'm tapping the credit card machine the woman instructs the cashier to go get some veggies in the back for the line, the cashier walks away in the middle of my transaction. Stunned that she did not complete the transaction with me , I pulled my receipt from the machine and took my sandwiches. No thank you, no do you need a bag nor were they placed in the plastic sleeve with a napkin and handed to me because she left without finishing my transaction. As a former restaurant manager I was stunned by this behavior. This manager could have easily performed the two tasks without disrupting the work she was performing. I really regretted leaving a tip. No cheese for a menu item, limited chip inventory, no thank you and a disgusting restroom. The shop has no ambiance and presents a sterile environment. The staff were friendly but the experience was just weird. Consider allowing the cashier to finish a customer transaction before assigning a task. This last step is part of the customer experience. I would like to thank the sandwich artist for making our lunch for us although she was still in training. Her manager had gone on to lunch (during the lunch rush hours).... and had turned off the online ordering capability. We were told she wasn't allowed to take any orders until her manager had gotten back from lunch. I am 6 months pregnant & was really craving your sandwich meal , she made sure my family was taken care of & the experience was top notch ! As a restaurant manager for almost 20 years , please do your staff and company a favor & do not take a lunch during Lunch Hour , you lose a lot of $ for your company .... And your new hires should never feel that type of stress. Very dissatisfied with that. read more

What an absolutely terrible place this is. My father and I were driving back from a trip and stopped in for a quick bite to eat. At the counter was a young woman who seemed to be struggling a bit, and told us it was her first day. We are very understanding people and assured her that it was no big deal, and to take her time. My father ordered his sandwich and the young woman cheerfully made it, with a smile and great attitude. When it was my turn I asked for a wrap and the girl apologized and told me she didn't know how to make it. She called to her manager for assistance to make my order (who was in the back room), and the response was just awful. "Just deal with it!" Because I noticed a line had begun to build up as more customers came in, and the poor young woman was becoming increasingly overwhelmed, I told her not to worry, go ahead and help the next customer, and I'll wait until she can get some help. My father, who gets anxiety attacks from time to time, let me know that he needed to wait in the car because he could feel one coming up. I gave him the okay and proceeded to wait for the other person to make my order. The line continued to grow and the girl continued to ask for assistance and was obviously very overwhelmed, but only received further rudeness from her manager. Luckily (or so I thought) another employee came in. She got behind the counter but didn't help the new employee at all. She only berated her for not taking care of this line. The manager finally came out once she noticed the other employee was there (obviously they were friends) and began loudly making fun of someone in the parking lot having an anxiety attack (my father). I told them that I'd appreciate it if one of them could please make my food because I need to be on my way. The manager looked at me as if I had just insulted her and proceeded to make the worst, most half-assed wrap I've ever had (even for Subways standards), while she continued to talk about my father right in front of me. I quickly paid for my meal, walked to the car, calmed my father down, and drove off. It was such a bad experience I had to tell everyone I knew about it. So if you are considering stopping here for a bite, I'd pass and wait for the next one just a mile down the road. If you are that new employee, this message is for you: Get out of that toxic environment as soon as you can. Those two horrible people are only going to only make you feel increasingly worse about yourself because they invested too much of themselves in Subway and now they're stuck there. You have the rest of your life going for you and wasting any of it in the presence of such horrid creatures would be a shame. If you are one of the two other employees this message is for you: Shame on you. You two are terrible people, and should be fired immediately. You need to reevaluate your lives because you are currently living them in the worst way; as a couple of horrid, gossiping, unsupportive, unprofessional, wicked hearted jerks, without an ounce of empathy. read more

This is one of my favorite places to stop on a road trip. The restaurant is always very clean including the restrooms. The staff greets you with a positive friendly attitude when you enter the restaurant. The workers were very diligent to make sure that the sandwiches were perfect and the service was very quick. So I'm a driver and the ability to do on line order works for me in and out and back to work. Today how ever I ordered paid and was at the store at the time they said it would be ready. When I got there nothing. I asked about my order that I already paid for and the lady said "You will just have to wait we just got a big order and we don't have time to make yours right now" And when I asked how long they said around a 1/2 hr. So because of work I could not wait. Then I asked if I could have my money back I was told that because it was paid on line I would have to wait. So I just walked out. went there and took my family for a sandwich on 11/18 and the people working at 130pm were NASTY. NOBODY washed their hands, NOBODY welcomed us like we were there as a "customer". Usually when I go in ther, I get a welcome to subway how may I help you? This time, nothing... I believe these 2 people were very unhappy with their job!!! otherwise I have had an AMAZING experience with people.. I usually bring my family in for dinner but chose to bring them in for lunch since it usually is an awesome experience but now aint no way I would bring anyone back during those hours!!!! Maybe you should think about making your employee's happier since it shows they are definitely not happy!!! Will NOT be back if those people are there. Ill wait until later lately to bring them in for dinner! Dinner rush is definitely a much better experience for your store. You really need to have those people closing doing your work ALL DAY!!! They ROCK your store and really know how to make sammiches AND treat people with respect as a customer!!!! Horrible experience. We stopped by around 5 pm on 12/29/18 on our way through on a long road trip. With only a few people ahead of us we thought it would be a short wait. 45 minutes later we finally had our sandwiches. There were 2 workers, but only one was making sandwiches, the other guy was taking temperature readings. After about 30 minutes of waiting, and a 15 person line, another customer asked for the 2nd worker to help make sandwiches, to which he replied rudely, "I was supposed to be off 2 minutes ago". The other kid that was actually making the sandwiches looked like he could care less whether we waited 5 minutes or 5 hours. My 90 year old grandpa moves faster than this kid. I have been to multiple subways before and this rounded out to be on the lower half of the subway spectrum. We got in to the line and a half hour later we finally were paying for our sandwiches. The employees were doing their best and were nice and that is why they did not receive a 1 star. We would have been waiting longer had people in front of us in line had not left because of the wait. Pretty disgusted with subway, last night at 9:35 PM they were open til 10pm which was posted. We went to the door and tried to go in. It was locked. Employees had friends at a table inside having a great time visiting at a table being playful. Wouldn't make eye contact and had door locked. I would choose new employees. Waited in line behind 4 people...40 minutes later and the kid working here is still dragging. He couldn't move slower if he tried. He had to make a gluten sandwich was irritated when he needed to wipe everything down. His speed is sloth mode. Painful to watch. This is the worse service I have gotten at subway. This kid had no idea what he was doing. He was all by himself and was throwing the food around in the containers. I have been there before and have had great service but today was the worst I have ever seen. The kid was rude and forgot to ring up stuff.
