From the first phone call, Chef Ty was a pleasure to speak and work with. We spoke several times before the event and he went above and beyond to satisfy all of our event needs. He was on time, the food was served hot and delicious, and he left our kitchen as clean as he found it. THE FOOD - We had four passed around small bites during cocktail hour. It was all absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend the apple and blue-cheese turnovers! I think about them often. The Lamb lollipop was crazy good. The shrimp appetizer was great as well as the mushroom one. Dinner courses were presented so elegantly and tasted as good as they looked. We began with a fabulous pumpkin soup. It was honestly the best pumpkin soup I've ever had. That was followed by a tasty root vegetable salad. We then had Filet Minon over risotto with a demi glaze sauce over it. Wow! It was truly spectacular. I HIGHLY recommend Chef Ty for any special intimate dining experience you are thinking about. Our party was of twenty three people. This review is long overdue!…read more Eric was a joy to work with. He was prompt with communication, and provided perfect recommendations for my private, birthday party dinner. His menu selections were top notch, and my husband and I were thrilled with the outcome. We did 3 appetizers before the 4 course meal began. We did the elote (street corn) appetizer, tuna tartare, and lamb chop. Of note, I don't eat lamb at all, but Eric's Lamb chop was AN AMAZING FLAVOR BOMB! I appreciated that him and his server showed up prepared with all of their supplies (and small plates for serving). For dinner, we had the heirloom tomato and burrata salad, followed by the char grilled octopus, then the Australian Wagyu steak with creme brûlée to finish. The menu was superb, Eric presented his gorgeous plates with detail and attention, and (of course) they cleaned up everything after! This was a PHENOMENAL experience, and we are already looking to book Eric again for my husband's birthday! Eric, you are an artist and amazing chef! I cannot believe this isn't some Michelin star restaurant. Everything tasted amazing. Each dishes was seasoned perfectly, not too salty or under salted. I ordered duck for the main, since that's my husband's favorite. I'm not a huge fan of duck normally but I enjoyed every single bite of it. Not to mention his home made baguette was so so good also! I'm still dreaming about every dish I had on this day and cannot wait to book him again for our special occasions.
