Just dealt with Josh at tire Rama in liberty lake. I purchased a new set of 4 tires for $1400 and they say one of the bolt was cross threaded and it's not their responsibility to fix. $1400 spent and they can't fix a simple 30 minute job. Bad business read more

I've been doing business with Josh and Adam here for several years and have always been impressed by their level of service. We have a couple of vehicles, one with all season tires and winter tires, the other with summer and winter tires. They've always treated me like a VIP and I've only seen them do the same with other folks. I've needed new tires, had holes in tires, needed air in tires, and tire rotations. This shop likes to get you in the door to take hold of your hard earned money and then sticks it to you with unfair costs and charges. My wife took our dodge in to do a simple tire repair and they told her to purchase a new tire and sent her on her way. By the time she got home the tire was completely flat again but had no leaks in the tire itself so we put air in it and drove back to the shop. This time they said that it had a cracked rim and that my wife must have hit something on the way which by the way was obviously not the case due to no checks in the new tire. So then they wanted to charge also now for a new rim and charge again to do the repair when it should have been done right the first time instead of trying to charge again and could have cause more difficulties including the possibility of an accident for not fully repairing the rim/tire. The manager was called for this location and was unwilling to fix the problem without new and additional charges so based on customer service I would rate them a fine zero. Also we have had other issues with them like forgetting to tighten lug nuts after buying a new set of tires which ruined the rim as well as the lug nuts and could again caused a bad accident, so if your concerned about getting a quality job done even if you pay more for the job I would suggest shopping else where! read more

I took my Subaru in for an alignment. This shop informs me that they could not perform the alignment and that I needed a left wheel bearing and inner and outer tie rods on both sides replaced. Over $1,100! I took the car to an independent Subaru repair shop for a second opinion. The Subaru shop tells me I do not need any tie rods or wheel bearing work at all. They perform the alignment and I'm on my way. I feel the Liberty Lake, WA Tire-Rama recommended repairs that were not needed. So...they tried to soak me big time. read more

Not a fan and will not return. I needed new tires for my Acura. I wanted the same All-Weather tires that I had previously. I spoke with Nick, Assistant Manager, who took my keys and started work on my car. He never gave me a quote. After a few minutes, I began to ask questions about the price. He quoted me over $800. I asked if there were any promotions or if there was any opportunity for price matching. He said he was willing to price match. I began researching and calling some competing shops. I even called nearby Tire-Ramas in Couer d'Alene and Post Falls who both quoted me $100 less than what Nick quoted me. I asked Nick why there was such a huge difference within the same company. He said he wasn't sure and that corporate sets their prices (a vast difference from someone who was willing to price-match only 5 minutes earlier). There was also some issues with my wheel lock. The last servicer did not return my wheel lock (thanks a lot, bud). Nick said it wasn't impossible to remove the wheel lock. I'm not experienced with cars, so I asked the usual questions. Nick didn't care, gave short answers, was not interested in educating me about what I needed to know as a customer. Clearly, he was interested in my money and for me to move on. I ended up going to Tire-Rama in Post Falls, who quoted me $100 less. Don't waste your time here. I thought that they would have given me a decent price given the location, but if you drive about 15 miles east, you'd save more money. read more

I was driving home from Post Falls Idaho to Bremerton, Washington. A car pulled up beside me frantically waving, pointed back and said "Flat Tire!" Luckily I was less than a half mile from and exit and Tire-Rama was only a half mile away. My inside dual tire was totally flat. No way could I make the 350 miles home on that. Fortunately they did have a tire in stock that would fit. Ross, the desk clerk, told me they had several other emergencies in front of me so it would be a 2 hour wait. What choice did I have. He said they had move my RV and I could wait in that if I would be more comfortable. I was happy in their waiting room. An hour later he told me it was done. He brought me back to show me the damage that was done to my old tire. It was so bad. But they got me back on the road to home. Thank you all for your prompt service. read more

I had a friend take my car in to replace the front tires because one blew out while I was letting him use it about two weeks ago. I took my car in today to replace the back two tires also to have matching tires, when I get my car back the tires are rubbing (after they said it was ok) the bottom of the shock tower and the spacers we gave them didn't fit (so they said) so we had them put on the old tires and we took the new ones home to put on ourselves. When I was driving home my front tire started making a loud popping noise that wouldn't stop so when I got home to investigate I found out 8 of the 10 lug nuts on both front tires were not torqued so they were completely loose! Then we tried to put the back tires on with the spacers (which according to them didn't fit because the lug nut studs were short) and they fit easily! When we called them to complain about their incompetence they only laughed at us. So on top of the fact they didn't even try to put the tires on right they damn near killed me by not knowing how to tighten a lug nut..... don't go here go to Les Schwab in Spokane Valley, they do good work and are cheaper. read more

I love Tire-Rama, but the customer service at this location is atrocious. I have tried to do business here several times and been consistently dissapointed. Most recently, I called ahead to make an appointment for an alignment. I was left on hold for 10-15 minutes, and when I finally did reach someone was assured I would not need an appointment. Then, when I arrived, I was told they were too busy to see me, forcing me to spend the next several hours looking for someone else. If you like Tire-Rama, use the location off Hamilton (which is great). Avoid this one. read more

Way overpriced! I just called to have 2 brand new tires installed on 2 rims that are not even on the vehicle and they quoted me $40 each. Simple mount and balance. That is the highest place in town! I like to support local buisness, but sadly this time I will be taking my buisness elsewhere. I would hate to see how much they would charge if I brought the vehicle in. read more
