[[HIGHLIGHT]]Maleah is wonderful! We were sad we moved away but during our time in WA, Maleah took great care of our Maltese mix pup.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Her sweetness and calm demeanor always put our pup at ease.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Highly recommend! This place isn't the cheapest but you won't find a better groomer for the price!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]We just tried out Suds for our newly adopted dog from the shelter. He is very shy & nervous & he did great there![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We managed to get his nails trimmed & filed & for a self wash too. [[HIGHLIGHT]]All the staff were very kind & helpful in making it a positive experience.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The tub set up makes it really easy to wash them & his coat is so silky & shiny. Will be our new grooming location going forward!

Started going here in 2021 and could not be HAPPIER with them. We use Stevana and she is a DREAM. We have used a couple other groomers in the past and they were wonderful, too. Everyone there is friendly and happy to see you. It's just a positive experience from start to finish. You do have to book a bit in advance, but I don't mind that because it means that they are giving themselves plenty of time with each animal. So you don't have to feel rushed. They email you a report card after each visit (which includes adorable photos of your pet) letting you know what services were performed as well as how your pet did (were they anxious, friendly, calm, etc...) They are never crowded and the whole space is very well laid out. No dogs constantly barking or seeming overwhelmed. Best part, my dog is never nervous when we get there (like he was at Maser's). He is always happy and excited to see Stevana :)

Great grooming place. Everyone is so nice. They really spend one on one time with your furry buddies! They even give a report card and photo from their day.....My YogiBear just loves getting pampered at Suds Pet Spa.

I want to make note that [[HIGHLIGHT]]Susan, the owner of the company, called me with a very kind and sweet message about my experience.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]She had not seen my dog's nails before we left and apologized in her message after seeing my review and photos, wanting to make it right.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I wasn't able to call her as I was at work, but then she sent me an email where she gave me a full refund and offered a free-of-charge nail trimming by one of their other groomers. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Although our experience didn't go well the first time, the owner went above and beyond to make it right.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Original Review: (10/20/24) [[HIGHLIGHT]]This was my first experience taking my dog to this spa. I paid for a full grooming treatment, and the people were very kind.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I let them know that my dog is shy and gets nervous easily. I came back an hour later, and she was ready to leave. The groomer who was with Blue said he tried his best with her nails, and because she was ready to leave, I quickly paid and took her to the car. I took a closer look, and her front nails looked jagged, something I'd never seen before, and her back nails weren't trimmed at all. I went back in and asked if they could trim them more, and they kindly said yes, but even after a second trim, they still looked jagged. My dog has been to other groomers and had her nails done at the vet, it never looked like this. If you have a dog with long nails, be sure to ask specific questions about trimming, something I've learned I need to be more specific about myself.

I cannot say enough good things about Suds! From the moment you walk in, the entire staff is so warm and welcoming. Every groomer we have had has greeted our pup first and made sure she felt comfortable before taking her back. I always feel that she is in good hands. They expertly groom her every single time and she comes out looking so wonderful and with the cutest bandanas and bows! I love the report card we receive so we know how she did and if she needs to work on anything and it comes with an adorable photo. We are so glad we found Suds.

We took our pupp here for the first time at the end of May as they came highly recommended by a friend. We really liked Maleah, she's super sweet and patient with the dogs! She loved Mochi and Mochi felt very comfortable around her. They said she didn't even need to be strapped to the table she trusted Maleah off the bay! You also get a report for how your dog did after which is adorable! Mochis report card said sweet, affectionate and loving!!! The haircut looked great & was a great price! The only complaint which is very small was they told us 1 hour 45 minutes minutes and it ended up being well over two hours. Not a huge deal but we went during the work day since that's all they had so it just made it a little difficult because of additional driving time on top of the over two hour appointment. But nonetheless we're definitely coming back & will just plan for a longer time frame instead!

Insanely satisfying results. I never go and write reviews and I've never really liked taking my pup to get groomed because it makes my pup so anxious and it's always has been a hassle so I decided to cut my dog's hair myself for a year and a half. I found this place and made an appointment with them and today was the appointment. We were started almost immediately and the whole grooming process was so smooth and quick. Gigi seemed comfortable and calm during everything. I was impressed by how well they take care of the dogs here and I will continue to be a loyal customer. This place is f*cking amazing. Gigi NEVER lets anyone touch her feet and the sweet woman that groomed Gigi somehow had the magic touch and just made Gigi feel comfortable. I have never been to a groomer where I left smiling ear to ear. Insane. and...THEY GAVE MY BABY THE CUTEST HAIR BOW EVER I WANTED TO CRY LMAOOO SHE LOOKS SO GOOD

Our son, Pike, needed a summer haircut, so we decided to give Suds Pet Bathhouse and Spa a chance. Well, we will definitely be going back! Pike was in good spirits when we picked him up, the staff was Incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the haircut was exactly what we asked for! Even the Lion's Tail was spot on!
