I have two cats and the total cost for the mobile service to come to my home instead of me wrangling them in my car which they hate was only $5 more than taking them to a groomer near my house. That being said, when she rang up the transaction she asked me if I wanted to tip. I realize I can say no. But this whole tipping culture is really wearing me out. I paid for a service. You provided the service. What exactly did you as an individual do differently to warrant anything extra than the advertised price? You did what I paid you to do. You didn't bring any personal skill to do that job any differently than anybody else. I even held my cats for you. I give four stars because the actual service was done well, quickly, and for a fair price. But the simple fact that this girl asked if I wanted to tip infuriated me so much I'm questioning whether I will use their service ever again.

She literally looks like she shed 10 lbs of coat. They gave her a cute bandana and everything! One of our dogs is very high anxiety when it comes to groomers and they've had no issues with him here, which is amazing. We haven't been able to get his nails trimmed anywhere else because he freaks out too much but the groomers here are magical and get it done each time. It's a bit pricey but worth it to know our dogs are well taken care of. They also come back so handsome each time!

The cost for the service is very reasonable when compared to others. The self wash offers the best self wash experience I've had by a mile. It's not always a perfect experience. Sometimes they are super busy and getting checked in and out can be cumbersome. They would benefit from a larger lobby for sure. I also have found that groomers come and go a lot but that's true at many places. I wish they were closer but that's my biggest complaint.

Sweet boys but very hard to work with. When I called the first time I tried to explain their issue because we have had groomers before ghost us and we need someone patient and who can be understanding. They said no worries and put on their record brain damaged and set us with Kara. Kara is the most patient and amazing person. She told us that she will do her best but not to expect perfect. Understandable! One couldn't stand in the tub, kept falling over when his feet got wet, both have tried walking off the table multiple times, one refused to walk anywhere, too scared of the dryer etc etc etc. and every time she has done an amazing job. I highly recommend Kara. She is so patient and is willing to groom them every time.

She was compassionate and gentle with our elderly schnauzers even when one of them couldn't stand anymore. We were sad that she decided to move to Ellensburg from Bothell a couple of years ago but we decided that she was worth the hour and a half drive to see her. Dee transformed this ugly little dog into a beautiful one who gets compliments from everyone who meets her. We now have an additional rescue -- a feisty DoxiePoo, Ralph -- who does not like to be groomed. Dee handles him expertly and gets the job done and Ralph loves her. We started using Dee 5 years ago for our old Shepard/beagle rescue dog, Suzie. Suzie had arthritis so bad and we especially liked that Dee pulls her truck up and the dogs get cared for immediately without a long wait in a crate. Suzie had so much fur and shed like crazy. Dee was able to get her coat shiny and she hardly shed any more! Suzie also loved Dee.
