Their dryers are high efficiency units that dry very fast. Their prices were reasonable with a 20lb wash costing $3.75 and dry being 25 cents for 6 minutes. I only spent $2 to completely dry two full loads! I was there on a day when there wasn't very many people doing laundry so I was in and out pretty fast. It could be cramped on busy days so plan accordingly. They're open 24 / 7 / 365 BTW. Vending machines have a nice selection of chips and sodas. Prices are very reasonable. Great location with a Walmart, DQ, Mexican, Hibachi and a Domino's all very close. They have a purified drinking water station. available, just bring your own containers with you. It's currently 25 cents per gallon so its much cheaper than Walmart or Kroger. Parking is a breeze and it's in a safe, well lit area. A good business! Stating he looked through the cameras and my family's clothes weren't missing on their end. THAT'S PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE! I gave them $73 in weight of clothes and DID NOT get that back! When I asked if I could see the cameras for myself, he replied just as snotty like a child "no" the fact that I had to correct him on his attitude toward me was very sad. I told him they lost my clothes so what are they going to do to make it right amd he suggested to file a police report against them. Everyone here needs to be evaluated again and given a course on customer amd phone etiquette. They think just because they don't have a big fancy job that they don't have to treat customers with respect. I swear I was talking to a 10 year old on the phone. Sad.

Carol noticed I wasn't doing well but she never broke off her conversation with whoever it was that she was bending their ear to ask if I was OK. Even though the night before I told her I wasn't doing well and would tell her all about when I saw her at the laundrymat to do my backlog of laundry. No problem, but after I got my things inside, she did look over and ask if I was doing Ok? I said No but I would talk to her after I went to the bathroom. No problem there either except I had to repeat myself 3 times so that she could "hear" me because I was "spent" already after just unloading car and getting things inside. Ok, so I went to the bathroom, as I was finishing in the bathroom (that doesn't even have a sink to wash up after doing your business) I saw at least 5 of varying sizes but all very active Roaches. I went out and quietly told her there were roaches in the bathroom. She acted like I shouldn't worry about it because, Dave, the owner, and her spray but they can't get them all. And they don't bother her anymore because she even has them at her apartment. I told her that I need to get my stuff outside and asked her if she had any extra ROACH spray to spray my stuff outside before putting it all back in my car. She acted like I was being hysterical and unreasonably making such a request. WOW! Needless to say I ended up asking GCPD to assist in getting my laundry out of there because I didn't/couldn't have enough energy left after all the arguing she was giving me. I have never seen a place employ such a rude person for so many years. I have seen and heard way too much from her. The fact that she still works here and doesn't seem to receive any repercussions for her behavior, tells me all I need to know about the owner too. The other employees aren't exactly great either, but nowhere near as rude as Carol. I get that people have bad days, especially in customer service positions, but this is beyond just having a bad day. It's just outright poor character. On top of the poor customer service, there are giant cockroaches. I've worked for various cleaning companies so I am well aware that all commercial buildings have bugs, often including cockroaches, but these are HUGE and just run all around the place. It's getting worse and they don't seem to care. The bathroom is small and doesn't have a sink... the sink is out between some of the washers. Gross. Put a sink in the bathroom. There is also no air conditioning and it gets very hot during the summer. They just prop the doors open and turn on fans, which is better than nothing, but it lets a bunch of flys in. It's so hot that I can't be bothered to come in during the day - only later once the sun has gone down and it's less crowded. I'm done with this place. I will pay more to go somewhere else even if it's a bit further.

Bar has maintained its divey-nostalgic vibes but the stage area has been opened up and the sound system has been replaced and improved. Can't say enough nice about the staff, very welcoming but also no-nonsense when necessary. Shows are incredible, but it's a very chill space to hang out when there aren't. I think this is a great store concept and many businesses should follow in this suit. The bar itself is a bit run down but it does have a big cult following. What I think that makes no sense at all is that the prices of the drinks are pretty cheap but I choose a non alcoholic beverage and it costs more than half of the drinks featured on the menu. That makes no sense at all! They accept cash a card. I didn't use the laundromat since I had no clothes to wash nor was I staying near the laundromat part. Staff here was really friendly too though it's dead in the afternoon hours. Highly recommend coming here for their music shows which I hope to do in the near future. Outstanding hours!
