Got my truck washed just barely and paid for the $22 ex platinum wash. The young man punched everything in and took my credit card. When I got the receipt I noticed that he added himself a $2 tip so it was $24?!? I never even had the option, nor was asked. I always tip very generous when getting services like food, coffee and drinks etc... but for someone to push one button and run my cc?! This is not cool... Not sure if this is common for employees to add tips for themselves here, but think I'll just take my business elsewhere. Pretty decent car wash for a good price. The wash itself seems to get my car pretty clean and gets all the hard water spots off my windows. I especially like the strong vacuums and convenient trash cans nearby. The only thing that could be improved is a little bit more of a rinse and a little bit better drying. I seem to always come out of the car wash with wet windows and some soapy residue on the side mirrors and door handles. Also, a few of the other car washes offer a moist dash wipe that comes in real handy to spruce up my dash and door panel. read more

Disclaimer, I know the owners. However, I do go to a lot of automatic car washes all around my house and Gator Wash is my favorite. Here is why: It gets the job done as well as most auto car washes, but it seems to add an extra step with a wheel shine that is akin to Armor All. The kids love this wash because of all the steps and how the car rolls along getting its different treatments. But the real bargain comes when you get out of the car wash. Gator Wash offers free vacuums! Free vacuums, I say! And their vacuums really suck. In the correct vacuumy way. You can reach that rogue french fry or bits of dirt in the crevices, no problem. It really is the best and if I ever head out that way, I always pull in to Gator Wash because its fast and the price is right for all they offer. read more

I love this car wash! The wash is a damn good drive thru quick wash, it is a great price too. $10 and you get a coupon code (which seems to be the same code every time) for $2 off the next wash. The grounds are always clean, they have two lanes to pay so you rarely get stuck behind that person who can't seem to enter things in correctly, or credit card doesn't work...the wash is fast and the vacuums are FREE!! Not to mention the obvious, my car comes out looking all shiny and sexy every time. When I road tripped it here from Seattle my car was full of bugs and misc grim, I thought I would have to go to a wash that required some elbow grease, so I came through here real quick just to get a head start and turns out my car was perfectly cleaned and no labor needed!!!! I use this location a lot I come here weekly but today I think it is Under New Management the previous management was an older gentleman who was very friendly who had great customer service.Today I came across as very rude younger gentleman who claims to be the general manager I had an issue with the payment screen they've added new features to the screen, you cannot select three car washes after the second screen I chose the wrong one and asked if he could fix it he walked away and didn't tell me he was going to refund me I started pulling forward and the crossing arm almost hit my hood I slammed on my brakes and he walked up he said I'm going to give you a refund if I hadn't noticed the Crossing arm closing it would have slammed on my hood I backed up and he said he is going to give me refund I asked for my receipt and he said why and I said just because of identity theft I'd like to have my receipt with my information on it when you're done so he tore the top piece off I said fine here you go it's only the last few digits of your card anyway so now I'm skeptical to see if I get the refund I said sir you are being very rude your customer service is lacking he said why what's the problem here what did I do and then I asked for the general manager and he said I am the general manager, because of my experience today I will be choosing a new location. read more
