Where Jerry's was great at maintaining the equipment and filling the soap dispensers, Cannon has let equipment break, they don't fill up the necessary soaps and waxes. Cannon has even turned off the free vacuums and music that was piped in. The wash bays are now dirty and full of debris. And, Cannon has drastically raised the prices and even set a minimum price to wash your car. I don't even see a technician around anymore. There is no number to call if there is an issue. This morning I had to move my car to another stall because after the pre-wash it didn't dispense in the wash cycle or even rinse. Very sad because when Jerry's had ownership this was the best car wash in town.

Just had my front plate torn off again today and they were kind enough to call me that they found my plate and frame with the screws still intact. I can't help it that my license plate sticks out from the front bumper. It was designed that way. The worker I s/w said because it was an aftermarket part, they won't do anything to help me. I purchased a heavy duty license frame to keep my license plate from getting mangled and/or torn off, but now their equipment tears them completely off, screws and all. There is no dealer license plate frame that is super heavy duty. They just slapped the plate directly onto the bumper with a simple plastic dealer frame. This is not my problem. We shouldn't have to buy a heavy duty license plate frame to keep our license plates from getting damaged! They should be willing to replace any damaged equipment on a car that is damaged by THEIR equipment. They should have the proper cleaning equipment to clean every make and model of car and truck made and not damage them. Steer clear unless you want to have your plate damaged or torn off or other parts.

On my most recent visit, I paid extra for a vacuum upgrade to get my interior looking sharp. Unfortunately, right before driving off, I noticed several obvious patches of pet hair that looked completely untouched. When I brought it to the detailer's attention, instead of quickly re-vacuuming the spots, he opted to wipe them down with a chemical product on a rag, which didn't actually remove the hair. To top it off, once I got on the road, I realized the main display screen hadn't been wiped down properly either. At the end of the day, I ended up having to use the vacuum station at my apartment complex to finish the job they missed. Having to redo the work yourself after paying for an upgraded package defeats the purpose of going to a professional wash. Wash Your Way RVA has a great foundation, but I hope management can tighten up final inspections and get quality control back to where it used to be.
