Beware when you are a new patients with insurance. I scheduled what I thought was exam and cleaning. I had recently done panoramic and several other X-rays at another dentist. No one mentioned obtaining copies of records prior to appt. They wanted to redo all my X-rays instead of communication with patient about need for transfer. Then the dentist claims it is "illegal" for him to get a cleaning done without them. What law?!! Communication with client is key and none was done in advance. I walked out with nothing. read more

I originally became a patient under Dr. Hamilton, who was amazing--thorough, kind, and truly listened. When she left, I was reassigned to Dr. Lee, and unfortunately, my experience changed for the worse. Per Dr. Hamilton's recommendation, Suffolk Complete Dental Care referred me to Carson Endodontics for an evaluation & root canal retreatment. The endodontist there determined (after retreating my root canal) that another tooth, #13 was not salvageable and would likely need to be extracted. Dr. Lee followed up later (by personally calling me himself) and confirmed this, explaining we'd plan for the extraction and possibly a bridge. However, when I later called the office to schedule the procedure, the front desk said I was only booked for crowns--no extractions. I explained what Dr. Lee and the endodontist had told me, and the assistant said she'd check with Dr. Lee and get back to me. She called back and reassured me that no extraction was needed. I even called again--specifically stating I would not be happy if I showed up for the appointment and was told I needed an extraction. Despite that, Dr. Lee remained adamant: no extraction necessary. I paid in advance and came in expecting the agreed-upon treatment. Instead, I was blindsided. At the appointment, Dr. Lee suddenly tells me that tooth #13 absolutely needs to be extracted--and now #12 does too. I was completely caught off guard and unprepared, mentally and financially. What made it worse was the complete lack of empathy. No accountability. No apology. Just a cold, matter-of-fact delivery like this was just another day for him. But for me? It was incredibly upsetting. Now I'm left in pain, swollen, and struggling to eat while figuring out next steps. The front office staff has always been helpful--no issues there. But the communication breakdown and dismissive care from Dr. Lee were unacceptable. Dr. Lee completely mishandled my care. I was told one thing, paid based on that plan, then showed up to a totally different story. Now I'm in pain, frustrated, and honestly shocked at how this was allowed to happen. The front desk team? Amazing. Polite, helpful, professional. The office itself is clean and welcoming. But none of that matters when the dentist there is someone I can't trust. I will NEVER return. If this is how Dr. Lee treats his patients, I seriously hope corporate steps in before it becomes something bigger. read more

After the exam and cleaning i go to pay and they added on another xray that i did not ask for nor was informered about. I've been here twice for emergencies and I was taken care of. I Was provided with alternative plans to help with the cost. I had Dr. Lee and he was very to the point and clear with opinions and knowledge. There was confusion from the front end that was not commucated and ended with a 75$ out of pocket expense for pretty much nothing but referrals after I only talked about a specific test and Dr. Lee was under the impression there would be a treatment. I found that frustrating and I felt like I was charged for a botched appointment that was not my fault. read more

if zero stars was an option, I'd give them that. There are multiple events that have happen to me here that are just rediculous: 1. I had to have a crown put on and received a bill for it. I asked them if this was the last payment I'd be receiving (for planning purpose) and they said yes, I then later received another bill for about double the first one. 2. While coming in to get the temporary crown removed, the dental assistant started pulling at the wrong tooth and almost pulled off a different permanent crown. 3. I had an appointment scheduled for months and received a call the night before that they would actually be closed the morning of my appointment and could not reschedule me for another 5 months. read more

Absolutely terrible! It takes forever to get an appointment ( 3 months) and then they threaten to cancel your appointment if you do not call them back by 1:00. They leave a voicemail that you can hardly understand b/c they are talking 90 miles an hour with marbles in their mouth. The only thing I understood was if I do not call back today by 1:00 my appointment will be canceled? Basically threatening me! As far as the treatments go, everything is an upsell! You feel like you are buying a used car. They call you over to the "special desk" and present you with $10,000 worth of treatments! It's a horrible way to do business and they give the entire dental practice a bad name! read more

I am so upset with this office. I discovered that they have their mail delivered (with clients' personal information) to the tanning salon next door. Now I don't discredit the tanning salon, I'm sure they are professionals about it. But my information just being sent somewhere that could potentially get in the wrong hands rubs me the wrong way. Get a P.O. Box or don't have your mail delivered on days you're closed! read more

I spent thousands of dollars on Invisalign here mainly because I wanted to finally get it done and I knew the business offered evening appointments. In my job, having that flexibility is mandatory. If I had known they'd only change their hours to Monday through Friday 8-5 halfway through my treatment I would have NEVER elected to go here. Now I am having a hell of a time trying to work out my appointments with my work schedule. They are not even trying to work with existing customers by offering evening appointments for the next few months while this all gets sorted out. HORRIBLE business practice. I called to ask a few questions about what type of insurance this company takes for an aged relative. The receptionist or person answering the phone was quite condescending and apathetic. Needless to say she should not be the first point of cantact. She totally turned me away from any interest in this Dental office. Very Disappointing. read more

So Today I conquered my fears and I had my wisdom teeth removed Dr ElBadawy is AMAZINGGGG and his assistant is bomb as well. They listen to you care for you and they take pride in their work!!! If you are nervous scared or on the fence GO!!! I had no pain, no horrible noises and FAST! The beautiful woman CAME to me in my room about my insurance explained it and made sure I understood. With our world so hectic and so messy it's good to know it's good people left and they are employed at SUFFOLK COMPLETE DENTAL CARE!!! Thank y'all so much my pain is GONE!!! read more
