In the main area, there was an online pickup area but I didn't see anything. There. My order wasn't ready yet and they hadn't even started on it until I told them I was picking up an order. I received my order at 9:09pm. Staff were friendly and I enjoyed the donuts. One of my chocolate covered donuts was more of a chocolate lined donut, lol. It was a special cake for my niece's graduation, so it was important to have for our family celebration. This could have been a sad story, but FATD staff went above and beyond to make their error right. All of the staff, esp the Sunday morning manager (who I'm sorry I didn't catch his name) were so great and made sure that I left with a comparable cake to serve at our graduation party. Above and beyond customer service--there's no other way to describe it. I was already a fan but today they earned my family's business for life. (Their desserts are damn delicious to boot!)
