Damon, though he made a mistake, we are all human, was an exceptionally nice man at the store in St Louis. Julius the manager came through and made everything right in the end. What you get for the prices make shopping here a great value. If you can get to a store that would be the best option. If not, get sized by a professional and your experience should be 5 stars.

I wanted something unique and detailed when you look at it but very simple from a distance. They worked with me on fine tuning the design and gave me regular updates throughout the process. I came in with a very short timeline for when I needed the ring since my husband and I were eloping within a month. The team was so kind to rush this order for me and I'm so grateful! You have to pay for two hours minimum, if on Melrose, if not, you can prob find parking in the residential areas.
