UPDATE: Wow wow wow! Sugared + Bronzed should write a book on amazing customer service. Not even a full 24 hours and they not only fixed the issue, but they made sure to take care of me with a refund for last night's service and a credit towards a future service. I am beyond satisfied! Everyone is super sweet and helpful and I have had a Brazilian here before and it went really well. Unfortunately tonight that was not the case. It sucks because the girl who worked on me was so nice, like, I can't stress that enough, but the amount of hair she left on me is kind of crazy. Not to mention she didn't even get between the cheeks. I've been getting waxed for 10 years and never once have I walked out of my appointment with this much hair left standing. If i could post a picture for proof, I would. To be honest, I'm really surprised that I had this experience. She was moving so quickly that it kind of felt like she wasn't trying hard enough to slow down and be a perfectionist and make sure I got what I came there for. I mean, it's not a cheap service. There's so much hair left that I'm considering making a wax appointment tomorrow so someone can finish the job. Overall, if you are looking for a sugaring place, definitely give this place and even this location a try. Just make sure you keep a close eye on what's going on down there. This was my second time sugaring (third time doing any type of professional hair removal, I waxed once). The first time was a little painful because I had a lot of hair growth, but it was not terrible at all. This past visit (a little over a month since the last) was wonderful. Raylene was a pure gem, and did a great job of making me feel comfortable and took the time to remove every hair, including the ones that most professionals overlook. She also cleaned my skin with witch hazel and coconut oil which I wasn't offered the first time, but is exactly what my bumpy skin needed. I prefer sugaring over waxing because it is a lot easier on the skin, especially if you have sensitive skin like mine. When done right, my skin is just as smooth (probably even smoother than when I waxed) since sugar is such a good exfoliant. When you go ask for Raylene, you will leave feeling so good!!!! read more
