Update: I have been contacted by both the manager of the location I visited and most recently, the owner herself. She expressed her deepest concern about my visit, wanted to do her best to make it right, and both herself and the manager were overly apologetic about my experience. Courtney and I played phone tag for a few days but she kept calling back till we finally were able to connect. She was very sweet and sincere and did not make any sort of suggestion that the tan wearing the way it did was my fault. I have to say, there customer service is top notch and they truly do care about making each customers experience the best possible! I went here for the first time on March 21 and had a generally good experience at the cute, clean salon, with free parking in the back. I got the 2 for 1 sugaring and spray tan deal for my trip to Europe. 5 stars for the sugaring, although there were quite a few hairs left over, but no big. Can't remember the name of the girl who did it, but she was great-- friendly, talkative, quick, efficient. Not painful at all, and still mostly bare since then. I'll definitely keep going here for this. 2.5 stars for the spray tan. I still have one more so maybe next time will be better. I am not new to spray tans, been getting them 1-2 times a year for over 10 years. I left the regular tan on for 12 hours as instructed, and exfoliated and shaved 24 hours before the appointment. I also moisturized in the week leading up. However, the next day, even using level 2, I was not that dark and the tan was already splotchy. I was missing a random spot near my knee, and my mouth and chin area were not tan! Honestly, I did feel like she missed my chin area during the spraying, but since she did two passes, I did not speak up. I really should have, because it looked like I had vitiligo on the first day of my vacation. Also, after 8 hours of wearing soft, loose cotton leggings, the tan on the waistband area completely came off. So half my belly was noticeably lighter than the rest of my body. Also, the tan did not last 7 days, even with daily moisturizing. I was not sweating or swimming, either, and was only showering every other day. Really disappointed because of all the great reviews and I had heard such great things. Like I mentioned, I do have one more tan in my pack, so I will update this review if the next one is better. read more

I have now been to Bronzed twice, once for a standard spray tan, once for the express spray tan. Overall it's been a great experience so far! The staff has been very sweet both times I was there and the tans both turned out very well. They were even, and a great color for what I was going for. The two for one pricing for new customers definitely piqued my interest, what a deal! Although I've already received my second, free, tan (though I did pay $10 to upgrade to the express tan instead), I will definitely be going back for more! Word of warning though, the express tan works REALLY well. I was going for a medium color, showered in the 2.5 hour window they suggested and I still came out SIGNIFICANTLY darker than I was from the initial standard tan. Overall a great experience though, close to home, very reasonably priced, and most importantly, good tans! read more
