It is followed up with a hot stone massage and hand massage which is way more than 30 secs. Ana is so good at it, I wanted to sleep. I have done Brazilian wax numbers of times at different salons but this was the most painless waxing I have ever experienced. They are too long and too thick and stiff. The brow lamination came out great but lasted only a week, when it should last at least 4-5 weeks. Needless to say it was a complete disaster and was not worth $400. I will be going back to my previous place. They are ALOT cheaper and do a much better job. The main room has four pedicure massage chairs on one side and manicure tables on the other. There are a couple back rooms for massages and facials, but it's been a number of years since I've seen them. It was easy to book back to back appointments online so that one of us could keep an eye on my little one while we were out. There were two women working, and they were very friendly and accommodating. There was just enough space for the stroller next to my pedicure chair, so I could happily soak my feet and enjoy the massage chair while Lee did my MIL's nails first. My feet really needed some TLC and were very happy after the soak, short massage, and scrub. I wish we could have opted for a longer massage! Lee did a great job with my nails. I opted for a festive color and feel ready for the holidays. A number of regulars came by while we were there, which was a nice sign. The prices were very reasonable too. I plan to come back!

I asked to have my gel removed, and according to the salon's official price list, this service costs $5. However, I was charged an additional $15 instead. No one informed me about the extra charge beforehand--they simply added it to the final bill, which I found very disappointing and I didn't even do a design on my nails. What bothered me the most, though, was the attitude of the staff, especially the receptionist and the other employees. They were neither welcoming nor friendly, and I genuinely felt unwelcome from the moment I arrived. Unfortunately, I even felt discriminated against because of the way I was treated. A warm and respectful customer experience is just as important as the quality of the service, and this salon fell far short in that regard
