I actually felt bad for her since it was like she was left to the wolves. All in all, the service wasn't worth the price. I could've done a better job at home.

Every time I have called the person I have spoken to was professional, kind and accommodating. So I finally went today and the location is clean and inviting. Very white and clinical, but modern and stylish. My wait time for my 9:45 appointment was like 2 mins and then she was ready for me. The rooms are clean, brightly lit and white. Materials clean and sterile. JaKeisha wore latex-free gloves. She was very kind, calm, and engaged in conversation with me, and my service only lasted about 15 mins total, but was professional, quick, clean. A little pain, but it was fleeting and expected. They take care to tell you that you about they 7 minutes late policy when in fact you are only 6 minutes late. They feel it's ok to wait for your service but heaven for bid you are late they will one time. Many times I've come for my appointment on time of not before time and have been made to wait wait more than 7 minutes from my appointment. I say to the business owners to reconsider this policy as you will loose valuable customers such as myself. And receive no referrals.

She sells powder that can be used to fill in your brows and I ended up buying some because it looked so good and it came with two brushes. I will only go to her to do eyebrows from here on out. Tip- She also has a punch card that you can redeem for a free brow threading on your seventh visit.

She listened carefully to what I wanted, and not only delivered exactly that, but somehow made it even better I returned for my second full set.
