First time here and enjoyed our dinner. We started with Tempura combo rolls which included shrimp tempura roll, chicken tempura roll and cooked salmon roll served with Miso soup. It was very filling. Only downside was the waitress. It was a Saturday night and it was pretty empty in the front and she just looked and it felt like she was miserable. She was not friendly at all. We ignored her and focused on our meal. Will go back to try a different dish.

Ordered the party platter and it was a decent price for 5 special rolls! Will come back to try their lunch special!

Shrimp and avocado rolls. Tofu teriyaki, beef fried rice, soup and salad. Also vegetarian gyoza.

Ordered for delivery for the first time. The food came at the normal delivery time (30-40 min). The food was hot and smelled delicious. The bag was packed well nothing leaked. I ordered tofu teriyaki. It has 12 pieces with rice, soup and salad. I also ordered vegetarian gyoza, they had a delicious taste to them but the sauce on the side wasn't my favorite ( my boyfriend liked it though). For my last item I picked avocado roll. It is simple yet my favorite . My only problem is I'm a vegetarian and they put it next to his shrimp roll. My boyfriend ordered the shrimp roll which was fresh and delicious. He also got beef fried rice which was good. The only reason why 3 stars is because they mix vegetarian with fish. Also I never been inside so I'm not sure what it looks like and how they serve. Overall the food had great taste and worth ordering from them again. Next time I will go in and make an update.

Lunch Special - 3 small rolls (Tuna, Salmon, and Spicy salmon roll)

I've only ordered online from this shop but every time I receive my order, it's perfect! It arrives before the suggested time and everything is fresh. I absolutely love their lunch menu. My favorite from their menu are there Spicy Salmon and Tuna roll. If you want to order something fancy, try the Winter Roll (its delicious!) I recommend ordering from their lunch special because it's a great deal! You get a free miso soup and a salad!

Volcano roll, shrimp & avocado roll, spicy white tuna roll and the Boston roll. I highly recommend them all.

I ordered some late night yum yum this Friday. Around 9 pm, I was craving sushi so I ordered from the only place I would buy from in the Bronx (Sugi Sushi, formerly Oishi). Usually, I just get shrimp & avocado rolls but I wanted to venture out. So I bought one shrimp & avocado roll, the volcano roll (rather large, you might want to cut it in half if you're small like me), the spicy white tuna roll and the Boston roll! It was my first time trying the volcano roll and it was delicious despite how large in size the pieces are, the Boston roll was amazingly refreshing since they use lettuce. I shared with my best friend, and we were full and satisfied! I recommend them all, oh so yummy and perfect for when you're not in the mood for raw fish.

Very good food. Tried the sushi and the habachi chicken with fried rice. I would highly recommend the fried rice with chicken it was great. This is a restaurant in the neighborhood so I'll definitely be back. Really clean, and the people were nice and friendly even though we got here a bit late.

This place has become my go to for Sushi, take out, delivery or even the occasional dine in. Crab Rangoons are still the highlight, but their sushi has also been consistently fresh and delicious. My only complaint is the hibachi, not that great and they don't provide any dipping sauce for it(my favorite part) or at least not when you have it delivered. Also, the Tuna Lobster was like a sushi roll where the tuna took the place of rice and the filling was basically lobster tossed in mayo....too much mayo though. Could really be a delicious app if they reduced the mayo and made that part a little more tasty.

Be prepared to be nickel-and-dimed for everything, including a hidden $2 charge for tea they never mentioned upfront. The menu is very limited: no bento boxes, no hot kitchen food, and classic rolls. A la carte is a ridiculous $4.95 per piece. They refuse to make substitutions on the Sushi/Sashimi Deluxe unless you pay an extra $2, and the "avocado bomb" doesn't even come with rice. Because we felt bad about leaving after we sat down, we ended up ordering 2 appetizers and 3 special rolls. The waitress actually gave me a disapproving look and asked, That's it?" when I ordered. Yes, that's it--because your menu is so limited I already knew I'd have to order from another restaurant for my kids as soon as we left. For 5 items, the bill was over $110. The check was just a mess of handwritten scribbles with gratuity already added. This place is absolutely not worth it. It's as if you only go there because you're an insider and know how to find it, like those hidden nightclubs. Inside is not too big, fits about 25 people? Cozy and bright atmosphere with minimal decor. The menu is also minimal; just one page. After ordering, it seemed like a pretty long wait to get our food- maybe 20 minutes? Unexpected since it was only half full of people. As for the food, I have to admit it seemed really fresh and good. But portions are not large and the prices were not cheap. Getting the check also took a while. The worst part? They added a 15% tip on to the bill! Because of that, we're not going back. Too bad for them; we normally tip 20%!

After the meal was done and I asked for the check, I was surprised by the dessert and let the server know I didn't order it, but she said it was on the house!! So impressed. Each one is a flavorful, expertly prepared start to the meal. But the real showstopper is their signature mazemen. This broth-less ramen is a revelation, tossing perfectly cooked noodles in a rich, savory sauce that clings to every strand. It is $165 for a 13 course - it also comes with appetizer and dessert as well. The place is located inside Siam Thai - behind a bookshelf, the vibes are immaculate back there. The chief was so friendly and took his time to explain each dish to us and also took time to chat with us which I thought was really nice especially since I have mainly been to "fast casual" omakase locations recently where they don't really chat with you. There was a good variety of appetizers, fish and dessert. The appetizer options were so unique and the platting was so pretty. The fish options were also very plentiful and I liked the topping that they put on top of each one, the rich was not as warm and soft as I would usually like it but they paired well with the fish. The portion sizes were also pretty large which I thought was nice especially since we were paying about $165 a person. Service did match up to the price tag and we were treated well but the fish quality was very mediocre. Some pieces were overly warm and did not taste that fresh. The rice was often falling apart. There were the basic chutoro, salmon, otoro fish but no other fish was unique. There were only 13 courses and it felt that they were reusing ingredients because we had uni and caviar multiple times. One dish was uni, caviar, and white rice which felt like a cop out considering uni was a separate course. I did not need uni 3/13 courses provided as someone who enjoys uni. This place is comparative to those $60-70 omakase but not reflective of $165. I went to Shota Omakase for $195 and the fish quality and selection were more diverse.
