I came in Monday and was promised a one-week turnaround and given a Saturday pickup date. When I called on Saturday, I was told they hadn't even touched my dresses after an entire week. They then pushed completion to Wednesday, despite knowing I was leaving for Europe. When I raised concerns, they offered only a $30 discount. When I finally picked up the dresses, one had a broken sash that I specifically asked them to repair, yet it was returned improperly attached and clearly rushed. The quality of the work did not reflect the price charged. What frustrated me most was the lack of accountability. Instead of apologizing for missing their commitment, we were told that young people are ungrateful and don't understand how hard they work. I understand that unexpected issues happen, but customers should not have to pay full price for missed deadlines, poor communication, damaged garments, and rushed workmanship.
