I came in Monday and was promised a one-week turnaround and given a Saturday pickup date. When I called on Saturday, I was told they hadn't even touched my dresses after an entire week. They then pushed completion to Wednesday, despite knowing I was leaving for Europe. When I raised concerns, they offered only a $30 discount. When I finally picked up the dresses, one had a broken sash that I specifically asked them to repair, yet it was returned improperly attached and clearly rushed. The quality of the work did not reflect the price charged. What frustrated me most was the lack of accountability. Instead of apologizing for missing their commitment, we were told that young people are ungrateful and don't understand how hard they work. I understand that unexpected issues happen, but customers should not have to pay full price for missed deadlines, poor communication, damaged garments, and rushed workmanship. Unfortunately, this experience was unprofessional from start to finish.

In a nutshell she managed to find fabric for me, make the dress from a tiny image I had from the internet, make two more dresses from an old 50's dress I had, all in a week!! A WEEK! As any bride-to-be knows, the run up to your wedding is very stressful and the dress is so important. This experience was a massive weight off my shoulders. She checked and double checked everything with me. I loved that touch of personal service. She even made me a matching handbag for the money dance! So convenient!!!
