Great shop and wonderful customer service! We were rear-ended while traveling and were directed to Suiter's by some local folks who trusted the shop. We were not disappointed! Denise runs an awesome business and knows her stuff. Matt dedicated an entire day (even skipping his lunch hour!) so we could get back on the road the next day. We provided them with a challenge because the tongue/hitch of our small travel trailer took most of the hit in the crash and was twisted and bent. Had an accident in the Port that was not my fault. The other party was insured by Geico. Their representative did not have an insurance adjuster locally so they suggested I find a repair center that I liked and submit a claim. Assistant Manager Anthony Smalley provided me with an estimate on-the-spot which he submitted to Geico. From that point on, everything was taken care of including providing me with a rental car. Five days later my car was repaired like new! They went the EXTRA mile and even painted over the surface scratches on the drivers door which were caused by me. BTW I asked the local car club 'Curry County Cruisers' which facility they would use...they said SUITERS! BOTTOM LINE: If you want it done right and painlessly, go to Suiters. read more

Like a dope, I backed my car into a low cement wall down at the harbor. I immediately jumped on Yelp and read the five star reviews for Suiters. Drove up and was greeted with a smile by the owner, Russ. He immediately got the ball rolling, taking pictures for my insurance company, printing an estimate, etc. I then called my insurance company who informed me that Suiters was highly recommended and a gold star business. Gave them the information, called Russ back to make an appointment and brought my car in a couple of days later. Less than 24 hours later, my phone rings and its Russ... The car is done! Picked it up and it looked like new. I can't tell you how impressed I am with Suiters. It seems to be a family run business and everyone I had contact with were genuinely nice people who did an amazing job. This is how to run a business. I took my 2007 Honda Civic in for front bumper repair. The Honda dealer service technician in CA had tacked it up twice (there is nothing cosmetically wrong with it), and said it needed to be replaced at a cost of well over $500. It came down again, and we took it to Suiter's for a free estimate. They provided prompt service and an excellent result without having to replace the bumper for a very reasonable cost. In fifty years of driving I've had my share of 'disappointing' experience with auto repair of all sorts, from rude to downright fraudulent. Never, until now, have I had the sort of experience that inspires me to want to be a better person. Not only was my big, complicated repair job accomplished flawlessly and with seamless coordination among insurance and auto-rental companies, but Mr. Suiter is a very kind person. I have had to use Sutters now unfortunately twice on my new 2012 truck due to unavoidable accidents but could not be more pleased. My first experience was a rock that hit the hood, and the entire hood was sprayed with clear after the small repair and being a detail man myself could not find where the repair was. My second accident was a rear ender and pushed in the chrome bumper into the side fender needing total replacement of the back bumper and repair of the fender. Amazing job looks like a brand new truck again. The work they do is impecable, and the service over and beyond any I have encountered at any body repair.
