Suits are nice but bad customer service experience and not following covid protocols. Bought a suit on Friday, needed to fix the pants. Said it'd be ready Saturday. Called on Sunday afternoon, don't pick up the phone. Spoke to customer service, said they can't get through to their own stores, must be busy. Called again, finally went by. Store not busy at all (guess they just don't answer their phones). worse, no suit! Stand around waiting, five people ask me if they can help. Finally after an hour they produce the suit. Also btw not great mask wearing here if you're covid conscious, lots of staff and customers maskless. read more

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I was looking into buying a mid-price suit (~$600), navy in color. I had already done a bit of research online and figured I was between the Havana style and.. something else. Long story short I went with the Havana because my naturally broad shoulders benefited from the lack of shoulder pads. It was also thinner, which I liked because I would rather layer on my clothes during the winter and would be nice and cool during the summer. Julissa immediately sized me up, just by looking at me, and gave me a couple jackets to try. I tried each one and got professional feedback (i.e. respectful and knowledgeable) - I trusted her judgement for sure. Now it took a bit of a drive to get there, living over an hour away, so when I needed the pants tailored (at 6 pm when they closed at 8 pm) they totally accommodated! Believe be I hate being that last minute person (having working retail myself) but I couldn't help but ask. All in all it's been my favorite suit. All the staff are very stylish which helps you trust their judgement in fit and style. Would def be back again for my other dapper needs. read more

I had the pleasure of working with Dayquan on my trip stopping in. Well dressed from head to toe and extremely professional about the different cuts, styles and options that Suit Supply has to offer. I have a bit of an odd size for suits, so most suits off the rack will not fit me properly. Almost instantly, without even a word from me, Dayquan realized this and started me out with suits that suited me perfectly (if you'll pardon the pun). I can not overstate the professionalism, cleanliness, and positive attitude of all of the staff in the store. This is an experience I will continue for a very long time to come. Though the general consensus on here is that the staff at Suit Supply are rude and mostly ignore customers, I can say that hasn't been my experience at all. I have been in the store just a handful of times, but each time I was promptly greeted and asked if there was anything I need help with. I went in again today to purchase a suit, and was once again greeted by the first couple of staff, and was helped by Hoa, who was awesome. I had only purchased accessories here in the past, but the suit I bought today seemed really nice. The fabric seemed high quality, and the fit was great without many alterations necessary. read more

Two things to know about this location: 1) Really. Nice. Suits. The suits are stylish. I get compliments when I wear the brown alpaca suit I bought here. Honestly, I recommend all the alpaca suits - when you go into the store, just go over and feel one of the alpaca suits and you'll know why. They feel really nice and look really nice. Whoever puts together the selection at Suitsupply knows what he or she is doing but the clothes are dope. 2) Excellent service. The customer service folks are approachable, knowledgeable, competent, and so cool. I met a few and each of them seemed great. I ended up working with Franklin and he was genuinely a pleasure to interact with. He helped me pick out something that would look nice on me, then instructed me on the fit, actually did the measurements, helped me select some matching accessories when I asked him for help, and then answered my million annoying questions. He coordinated with the on-site tailor to get my pants shortened and then made sure I was happy with my purchase. I'm looking forward to working with Franklin again in the future. read more

This suit supply location is great! My boyfriend is not the smartest when it comes to the machine dryers effect on different types of fabric. He unfortunately put a wool sweater from this suit supply in the dryer, effectively ruining it. We took the sweater in to see if anything could be done. KJ and team were incredibly helpful and allowed us to exchange the sweater, while educating my boyfriend on how to take care of his nice clothing. Overall, wonderful experience! read more

I was looking to buy my first tux for several upcoming events instead of renting one. I checked all over the place: online, at men's wearhouse, Macy's, etc, and ended up at suitsupply despite initially balking at the higher price then other off the rack options. In short there's a reason why this place is 2-300 dollars more for a tux then other off the rack options. The quality is much better as is the fit and style. It was a bit of a pain the first time I walked in to get some assistance. The place was very busy and I must've waited at least 20 minutes for some help. When I finally was helped the person assisting me seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. She helped measure the outfit for tailoring too. Tailoring took about three days. I highly recommend if you get your suit tailored here to try it on before leaving when you pick it up. My tux sleeves were altered incorrectly with one sleeve noticably longer than the other. Luckily an associate helped me get the sleeves evened out. I came back three or four days later and the sleeves were even but too long. One last alteration and I was finally in business. Overall you should come here for price/quality of the suits. I'd be tempted to get my suit altered elsewhere next time though. read more

I was hesitant to write this review because I'm one of the people that usually brags about SS to friends, family and strangers . My last visit to SS changed that for me. I went in to purchase a tuxedo for a wedding which is in two weeks and was surprised by their failure to follow the instructions (at time of purchased) we agreed on. With out going into all the details, this failure to follow instructions as agreed upon now leaves me with out a tuxedo for an up coming family members formal attire wedding. Really not sure if I will ever visit this store again. Good luck ...... Update: The staff at SS heard my concerns and have assured me that my Tuxedo will be ready on Wednesday. I appreciate how seriously they took my concerns and immediately worked to ensure I left a happy customer. I can now resume my position as the number one SS cheerleader. read more

I went back to the store to get the pants altered and they wouldn't accept the pants without a dry cleaning tag attached even though the pants were clearly just dry cleaned. I've lost a few pounds over the past two-three years. Unfortunately, I've been swimming in my suit collection. With the recommendation of a friend, (hey, Tiane and Jay!), I went to Suit Supply. I am so glad I went. I felt at ease the moment I was offered help. No pretentiousness, only genuine, "How can we help you today?". A very big thank you to, Jordan, my stylist. He spent an hour reviewing the entire collection of suit cuts, styles and learning my preferences. Do keep in mind I requested the educational experience. I'm confident if you preferred to spend 20 minutes, in and out, that too can be achieved. I tried on one beautiful suit and had Jordan fit and tailor/pin the jacket and pant. As he was wrapping up, I saw another lovely suit, tried it on, and without hesitation, he refit me after having spent precious time with the other suit. The suits fit custom-tailored. I am very picky and left amazed. Chances are you're reading this review because you need a new suit and wondering if Suit Supply is for you. I assure you, it is. If you are looking for a classy modern look, this is the place. The service here is by far much much much better than Tyson store! I have been to this store a few times but never purchased from Suitsupply earlier. They are always super nice, polite and very professional. I was at Tysons mall when I purchased a jacket last month, they didn't even look at me or help out find what I wanted. However I had a return that was due with 2 days since I was out of town, I went to Tyson mall yesterday where it was purchased, no customers in the store yet I waited about 2 min till somebody came from the back... I explained the situation and they refused to take it back, all tags were on, not altered, just that my bf is a little conservative and doesn't like the slim look (yet). They could only issue a store credit. I mean what can I do with a $550 if he doesn't like the style???? However, I called Georgetown since I live nearby, explained my situation and they said I could come in to get a refund. 2 gentlemen were there today, they greeted me SUPER nicely as soon as I stepped in, I asked for the gentleman I had spoken with yesterday, Finn, and he was really nice. His colleague helped with the return, from Amsterdam also super nice!!! Now I feel determined to visit THIS store with my bf and let these gents 'convert' him. Came here with my boyfriend to buy a suit for interviews. He doesn't have a Yelp account, so I'm writing this on his behalf. The staff at this location was very knowledgeable and helpful. We went to several other suit stores in Georgetown and found this location to be the best in terms of customer service and value. The interior is well organized with plenty of spots to sit. ASK FOR HOA... He will make sure you look fantastic for whatever occasion you have. This store gets really busy on the weekend so please be patient. When entering the store, their suits are located towards the back of the establishment. They are organized by suit size starting from 36/38 and goes upward. If you are not sure about your measurements, the staff here will help measure your exact measurements for jacket, shirt and pants. I came here looking for a suit for an upcoming event. Staff Member - HOA was very helpful. He carefully asked me several questions to get an idea of my style and preferences. Based on those questions, he provided me with several suit options and I was able to try on each suit one by one. Once you put on the outfit, he will give me advice on what he notices about the fitting and if there are any areas that would require tailoring. When trying on their suits, staff members will give you a dress shirt and dress shoes to put on so you can get a better sense of what it would look like for your event. That is very nice of them as some stores would not provide these additional items when trying on suits.. Tailoring may take up to a week or so for it to be complete based on how many others need tailoring service as well. Pricing: Tailoring of pants cost $13 and jacket will be approximately $26. Their suits can run from $300s and goes up from there. Their suit quality appears good. They also sell shoes, belts and dress shirts. Their shoes are a bit pricey so if you are on a budget, you can go elsewhere for shoes. Staff: Staff here are VERY nice. However, that also is a reason why I dropped it from 5 star to 4 star. HOA is a extremely helpful staff member. He was so popular that he was helping 2-4 customers at one time. Sometimes I would wait 10-15 minutes to service me. I also heard other staff being this busy too. Maybe this location should hire more staff to meet the high foot traffic at this store. Overall, I could come back to this location. If you are looking for a QUALITY suit beyond the cheap ones that you previous had, I would check this store out. Others made comments that this place is equivalent or even better than Brook Brothers. 4.5 stars Men of style in DC, hear ye, hear ye! At suit supply you can find some very fashionable styles and great customer service. I've gotten two jackets from here and receive compliments on them regularly. This is a great place if you're willing to spend a little more now and then on some great fitting clothes (they have tailor on site and offer very reasonable alterations). Clothes here are more towards slim fit so if you're in shape and want to not wear boring/unflattering styles, definitely come here. Styles are of a classy yet modern look. I enjoy the service and I also like that they don't have associates that just tell you everything looks great simply to sell you something. I've talked to different people in here and they have all been a pleasure to work with. I suppose I am somewhat 'cheap' so I did think some of things in here are kinda pricey or that they could vary the prices on their jackets some more rather than having them all nearly the same price. (ie cotton things could/should be cheaper than a nice wool blend for example). They offer shirts, and shoes, sweaters and pants but overall I've found that the jackets seem to be the best deal when compared with other available options. Check them out online, and check them out in the store! Beware that everything you see online is not available in the store though. I'd come here more often but my budget won't allow that hahahah. read more

TL;DR - Suit Supply could have just put up a banner that said "we don't want your business", and it would have been quicker. Went to Suit Supply in DC (Georgetown) at 5:30 on Apr. 8 2014. Crappy customer service. No one asked me if I wanted help when I came in the door. Not like they were busy; I think I was the only customer in the store at the time. At least one staff member passed by me without engaging me at all, as I fumbled around looking for my size suits on the rack. A staff member (M.) finally came up to me. Ask me if I need help. Told him what size I was looking for. After showing me the right location in the store, he immediately abandoned me (for what, who knows). No questions about what I was looking for. No engagement. Wow. So, the jacket didn't fit at all. When M. finally came back, I told him the jacket didn't fit. M. was curt and did not seem concerned or friendly; his entire presence conveyed the attitude that I was wasting his time. When the next size jacket didn't fit either, he got the card of the person who does made to measure, told me I needed to schedule an appointment, and left me again. So ended the encounter. So I called the customer service line when I got home to complain. J. answered the phone. Again, her attitude was entirely dismissive. She gave me an email address I could comments to and told me they would respond "if there was an issue". OMG, I just said I wanted to comment regarding service, of course there is an issue (now there are two issues). Neither M. nor J. showed any agency or concern in wanting to address my problem or show me good service. The entire experience conveyed the impression that I was wasting their time. Jos. A. Great clean and professional atmosphere. Jared helped me get a suit for my wedding. He asked me for my budget and we worked together to create my custom suit. Jared was great! He knows his craft, gave me recommendations and really made sure I was happy with my decisions. He told me what to avoid and ultimately let me decide on how I wanted the final suit to look like. I bought two made-to-measure suits here, and they just didn't work for me. By way of background, I also bought a made to measure from Alton Lane in DC, and suits off the rack from Nordstrom Rack, Bloomingdales and Hugo Boss. I have also bought custom shirts in Hong Kong, ranging from Ascot Chang to hole-in-the-wall places. I generally spend $800 to $2,000 on a suit and $130 per shirt. At SuitSupply, the fit was off, despite multiple adjustments and several measurements. The 3-seasons suit was too thin, and the summer suit too think. One suit lasted less than two years. There were substantial delays with my suit arrival. Lucky I didn't need it for a special occasion. The most maddening part of the entire experience was the poor communication. It's almost impossible to call their store. The phone often rings at their customer service line (in NYC). The staff seems like they want to be helpful; I even got a call from management in the Netherlands to apologize. I really appreciated their efforts and was rooting for them. Unfortunately, despite their efforts to remedy the situation, I got two average suits that don't fit well. I get better service and quality at Saks and even Nordstrom Rack. It's worth pointing out that these suits are cut in Asia, so while they position themselves as offering a better fit than off the rack, that's not necessarily true. Depending on your body type, an off the rack Armani might fit much better, with better fabric. I think Suit Supply has promise, but it still feels like a start up with general chaos all-around. I wish them luck, but it's not for me. read more

I've purchased 3 suits from Suitsupply and have had a terrible experience with their customer service and management. I bought my wedding suit (3rd purchase) there and had it tailored - well in advance of the wedding. When I sat down to eat at the wedding the crotch tore open and I spent the rest of the night like that. By the time I got in the cab to our hotel the pants had tore over 6 inches. When I brought them back to Suitsupply they refused to provide any compensation because the return was more than 30 days after the purchase. While I realize that is their policy I still find it unbelievable that would not provide any compensation. They actually insulted me by asking if I had been wearing my pants at the correct place on my waist! The pants can't be fixed so I'm not stuck with an extremely distinct jacket and vest that I can't wear with anything else. This is a smaller issue, but when I came to pick up one of my suits it took them almost an hour to locate it and for a while they were convinced they had lost it. The first time I shopped here there was a staff member in from Holland who openly admitted she was sent there because of management issues. I can definitely see why. I would have certainly been a repeat customer had they handled this better, but I'll never shop there again and have told everyone I know not to as well. Take the reviews seriously. Their suits are great looking but their staff don't care about anything beyond their commission and short-term gain. read more

SuitSupply in Georgetown represents the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I could pen a long-form essay about the bizarre, Kafkaesque interactions that have comprised my interactions with this store's employees, but for brevity's sake I'll highlight only the key points. I bought a suit here in 2016. The in-house tailoring was lousy, but that's on me for not taking them to an outside tailor. Between that and hitting the gym I needed new trousers, so I called SuitSupply North America and asked whether I could buy the same pair in a different size. I was told to go to the Georgetown location and ask for a "pre-production alteration," and to "have measurements taken for trousers" for a replacement pair. When I got there, I was asked by the tailor to wait to be seen. After 20 minutes of being ignored, I inquired at the front desk and repeated verbatim what the SuitSupply rep told me to ask for. The snippy response I got was, "We don't do that here, and I'm not sure who told you that." After some sort of divine sartorial epiphany, the employee said, "Oh, you mean custom trousers. Sorry, I couldn't tell from the way you were describing it." My dude, I want a pair of pants. You sell pants. This should not be difficult. Anyway, I tried on a pair of trousers, got the measurements taken, and was told they would be ready in 8-10 weeks. Two weeks later, I got a call from a DC number saying my trousers were ready, well ahead of schedule and in time for a wedding. I Ubered into Georgetown to pick them up. I waited for what seemed like an eternity while three different employees scoured the store for the trousers. Were they alive? Dead? Trapped in some eldritch, starless pant-void? I showed the employees the DC number I received the call from and was told it wasn't SuitSupply and they had no idea who it was. Moreover, the trousers were apparently still in the UK. Irritating- and spooky! I waited two and a half months for these Schrödinger's Custom Trousers. I finally called SuitSupply corporate back and asked where they were. Guess what? They were delivered to the store a month and a half earlier, the night I received that phone call from the Twilight Zone! I'd received no calls, no e-mails, nothing to notify me that my trousers were sitting in the store waiting to be picked up. To his credit, the SuitSupply North America rep apologized profusely and said he would call the Georgetown location to let them know in advance what had happened before I came in. And yet, when I went to pick them up, unsurprisingly, the employee whose shift it was had no idea this had occurred. My take-away from this SuitSupply location has been that either management, employees, or whatever outside contractors they may be using for logistics/custom orders are wildly incompetent, inattentive to detail, and generally rude and bad at their jobs. Don't go here. Life is too short. read more

Hello. Adam assisted me and helped me purchase on March 5th 2020. I came to pick up the suit on March 9th, 3020 and I met Victoria. Victoria assisted me when I tried on the suit that Adam sold me. They both offered great customer service, they were very friendly and had a great sense of humor. Victoria was kind enough to show me another suit and I purchased another suit. There was no sales pressure from Adam or Victoria. I was so impressed with their customer service skills I will highly recommend my family and friends when looking for nice suits and excellent quality service. I am a Recruiter and requested that Victoria come and work for the Agency I'm employeed with (LOL). In all seriousness, I picked up a few skills from Adam and Victoria to add to my list of skillsets. Unfortunately I have to update my review of SuitSupply and downgrade their rating. It was, without question, my favorite place to buy clothes but the staff has turned over several times and frankly it's just no longer a nice place. Most recently I purchased a suit, the tailoring was awful, and when I picked it up a woman helped me that could not have been more rude to me. After I tried on the suit she vanished and I could not find anyone to help me. You'd have thought I torched her car the way she treated me...and here is the strangest part: turned out she was the manager! Sheesh! Long story short I had to pay (after they had already charged me for tailoring) to get the mess they made fixed and frankly I still don't like the suit because they butchered it so bad a very good tailor could only do so much to fix it. Old Review: Five stars for the win. This place has absolutely great suits at a GREAT price! When I reviewed them previously I felt like they were still coming into their own as a new store. They've now had a new manager in place for several months and he has done an outstanding job putting the store on track. Most recently I had an opportunity to buy from the gentleman that runs their custom-made department and it was a top-notch experience. I'm told that their tailoring has improved significantly as a result of adding staff. I haven't used them myself but I have no reason to doubt that claim. Shockingly discombobulated, incompetent staff. The ties here looked great so I decided to buy 7 of a certain kind for my groomsmen. After trying on various ties, I finally picked the perfect one. I asked the person who was helping me if she could order 2 more (there were only 5 in the store) and she said no problem. However, after nearly three weeks, she claimed that she couldn't get in touch with the NY store that had the other ties and they had now been sold. By this, she meant she literally couldn't get the NY store on the phone. When I tried calling I reached them after three rings. This salesperson either didn't know how to use a phone or simply was too lazy enough to care. Incredibly disappointed and frustrated, I then had to start from scratch. I picked another tie and again was told by a salesman that he would order 2 more from another store (again, there were only 5 of this type in the store). I paid for all 7 and waited.. and waited.. and waited.. Nearly a month later, I called the store and they had no recollection of me ordering the other two ties. Finally, the branch manager personally tracked them down and overnighted them to me. This was a week before my wedding. I never understand how simple transactions can get so complicated. I give you money, you give me the product. Unfortunately, Suitsupply can't quite figure this out. If their staff spent half as much time caring about the customer's transaction as they do planning their own outfits everyday, I'd give Suitsupply a higher rating. read more

First off, I'm a big fan of what SS offers in terms of product. They fill a much needed vacant niche (especially in the DC area) - reasonably well made clothing, fashion forward and yet decent prices. I have to hand it to them - they have some real nice offerings. The customer service of their reps is where this store falls short. First off - I found that their MTM person is highly personable AND possesses a pretty solid sartorial foundation. The others - complete hit or miss. In my experience they fall into 2 categories - obnoxious guys who lack sartorial wherewithal and guys who are nice but lack sartorial experience. I focus on the former since these are most of the guys - either obnoxious or they talk to you like it's the first time you're walking into a men's store. I consider myself fairly knowledgeable of clothing fit, function, quality, etc., and I had a couple guys talk to me like I was an idiot (that's a french cuff shirt so that means you are going to need cufflinks - but in a very condescending way. Or, I wanted to try on 2 shirts and one was slightly bigger than the other. The rep told me "well, if you want to try the bigger one, it's going to fit bigger around the neck". Again, in a pretty condescending way). The store is pretty nice but they can do much better with the reps they have in there.\ read more

Made a first visit with the fiancé, we are looking for a suit for our wedding, but don't want to go all the way with a custom piece. These looked really nice on the internet, so we stopped in. Sam assisted us and he was very attentive and helpful. I wouldn't say he was an expert, but he went out of his way to check their back stock and did his best to answer every question we had. We have not yet decided whether we will buy a suit from them yet, so I'll have to update this review later when/if we do. I found one thing exceedingly irksome. Their advertising campaign in the store uses naked women and breasts to sell their suits (naked women in sexual positions, always on bottom, I might add...) I'm no prude. I don't care about exposure or think that sexual implications are sinful or some crap like that. What bothers me is this is 2016 and this store still thinks it's ok to use women and their body parts to sell a product to men. This is more of a corporate issue, but it needs to be said again and again. It's never illegal to sell breasts, but by god, it is always illegal to wear them. read more

I went in looking for a simple charcoal suit and the salesperson looked at me like I was an alien (classic charcoal isn't trendy enough I guess). I have a 42" chest, 32" waist and I'm 6' tall, I like the slim short look and I can't find suits off the rack that fit properly. I normally wear a 40R. I tried on a 40R and it was way too large. The salesperson tried to get me into a 38R but I didn't go for it. SS must employ a lot of inaccurate vanity sizing. Lastly, on a side note, EVERY salesperson in there was wearing a suit that was too tight, too short, with pants hemmed short enough to show most of their ankles and socks. Trendy but not appealing. I'll be honest, the reviews here almost had me avoid coming here to look at suits. I'm glad I did my research and didn't let Yelp deter me from going. If you do your research online, you'll quickly find that suit supply has amazing value for the quality you get. I looked over numerous websites, and made inquiries at a number of style forums. Consensus is fairly universal that the quality is amazing, as are the prices. The problem is that they're suits are more slim fitting. I'll get back to this later... I tried on suits at Nordstroms (Canali, etc.), and looked at Macy's (it didn't take long for me walk out). The fits were bad (relative to the individual, of course), and the prices were worse. The shoulders were heavily padded, and the fits were just horrible. If you don't know anything about suits, do yourself a favor and learn all you can before purchasing. I had seen decent quality fabrics at Nordstroms, and got a taste of the very poor quality suits at Macy's. Then I took a trip down to suit supply to see what all of the hype was about from my research. The location is good, and parking garages are all over - it's pretty simple to find parking. The sales associate that helped me, Hoa, was great. The SA at Nordstroms was pushy, not knowledgeable, and cared only about making a sale. Not only could the nordstroms SA not pick out any issue with any of the suits I tried on (there were plenty), he pushed me to make a bad purchase (I did not). Hoa was a breath of fresh air. I told him what I was looking for, and he picked out exactly what I wanted. When trying the jacket on, he knew exactly what to look for in how it should fit, and suggested going down a size. It fit like a glove. He also noted the alterations that needed to be made (and they were spot on). Wonderful customer service. The fabric quality is extremely impressive at this price point, and off the rack the suit fit great. The problem some may run in to is that these suits are slim compared to more traditional offerings. I don't wear slim fitted clothing, but I feel a suit should be fitted to one's body. It shouldn't be a big, boxy curtain around yourself (see damn near every ex football, basketball player, or politicians). I'm 6'2, and a bit over 200, and the suit fit fine, so you don't need to be skinny to wear a slim fitted suit, but I could see how if I had weighed a bit more, I wouldn't have fit either sizes. This would be the only thing I'd consider a con, and that's a stretch. Alterations took a week. I went to pick it up, and they had me try it on to confirm everything was right. I really don't understand the negative reviews. If you want a high quality suit, without the price tag, this is the place. Don't take my word for it, spend an hour looking around the internet. This place gets a lot of love for a reason. Now that I know my size with their suits, I'm going to order a couple online and get them altered locally. Their shoes are definitely not worth their price tag. If you're going to spend $300+ on a pair of shoes, go look at some Allen Edmonds. I would only buy a suit here. read more

Was a bit wary given all the bad reviews. I came here with my fiancée on a busy Saturday afternoon. There seemed to be a high customer to sales person ratio and everyone seemed to be really busy. One guy quickly noticed us, got us drinks, and said someone would be with us as soon as they could. About 10 minutes later we were helped by Jason. He was very thorough and honest in his recommendations of a good outdoor wedding suit. He probably spent close to an hour with us, patiently passing suits through the dressing room door, asking questions, taking measurements, and going over accessory options. Jason was upfront about the wait for alterations and was not at all pushy about getting more expensive options. Two weeks later, alterations were done on time. Jason highly recommended we make time for a fitting and meticulously checked the measurements around the arms, chest, shoulders, waist, butt, and legs. On one suit he wasn't satisfied and had the tailor take out the waist a few more centimeters. The fitting and adjustments in tailoring took about another 45 minutes. I'm no expert but it all seems to be well sewn and well made. It was a pleasant shopping experience for someone who knows nothing about menswear. Definitely expect a wait for the salesperson but it's well worth the time and effort they spend on you. read more
